So its actually a 20 sessions thingy... they consider the 3 areas as 3 sessions... Yup...

Anyways, I went for my 1st session yest... they did the following treatment for me in this order:
1. seaweed mask
2. hand massge
3. cold wrap
4. serum
someone told me before tt cold wrap should follow machine trtment to maximise effectiveness, and i did cold wrap w/o any!
Didn't feel any diff after the treatment leh...
