woot..yup..bo lah i dont mean to isolate army personnel only. With me describing to jap doll..i didnt compare those who are from commercial sectors..me used to be in private sectors and yup it can be 24/7. I prefer to be in private still..i feel more useful indeed.

I dont remember saying that ONLY ..army wives or gfs makes sacrifices..sure all other demanding jobs out there also need sacrifices..btw i didnt say the rest of the jobs dont. Just relating specially to her..since she mentioned the word 'army guy'.

ok anyway..just describing the expectations for our dear jap doll..She is really into the guy.

btw...i am a little confused..so is she dating him now already..so gf already ah??? After few posts, she seems to be dating him quite often..so its in a courtship already mah!

My hubby is working in the commerical world... busy.... very... His hours are till wee hours... He travel till I got used to him travelling...

So doesn't matter the job... I think Jap doll is just too much into this guy already...

My take, take this chance to explore more choices.... Give yourself more chances to meet other guys before jumping in... I mean, unless you are already his GF, or not, why limit your life to him only?

Vallous, I am cool but you seemed to be the one who was unduly excited over how sacrificial the spouse of an army man has to be. Although you did not explicitly compare an army career with others, the way you talked about it it was almost to the point of glorifying that career and his supportive and understanding spouse. I just felt compelled to remind you to do some reality check, that there are many other careers that are equally if not more demanding.

haha no worries doll...perhaps my interpretation sounds a bit off..haha..my spouse often bulks me for not glorifying his job at all. I am super not supportive and thinks his job is merely one that is not good enough compared to any of the private ones outside.
