Hi
You cant get a pass without having a job. The only way for you to be in Sg it's by social visit pass which last for 30days max. You need leave Sg and re enter again after that and you may get another 30days of visit. But at 3rd time it may subject to ICA.

Unless you are registered and lawfully married to your husband you can apply for dependent pass and stay without worry until the dep pass expire( duration depend on ICA). You not able to work with this type of pass in Sg unless the co hiring you write a letter to MOM. More details can be found out from MOM site.

Hope this helps :)

First you need to decide whether you like to stay & work in Singapore or you want to get married in Singapore.
From my understanding, to marriage a Singaporean, you need not have to stay in Singapore, but can just register with ROM and come Singapore for the wedding solemnisation, thereafter apply for long term stay.
If you want to work in Singapore as a work permit holder, the work permit guideline requires permission to be granted from MOM to marry a Singaporean. So please be careful.
