I was in a 7 years r/s with my ex -fiance and we had a hdb which we surrendered last year 2016 October. He promised to say he wanted to pay for e Hse and e renovation. He had an affair on 2015 with a China massage woman online and he even flew there to sleep. It is through sms which I found out. We went for Counselling and still trying to salvage the r/s. Things were improving til 1 year later which was 2016 feb, he went for company training n when he came back he was different and soon he wanted to break up. All the while, we had a lot of unhappiness throughout e r/s over money, his family, his character and etc. So when e talk of r break up, both of us was thinking if that is what we wanted and he does not really want to talk and was saying he was afraid if we will always be at this state.
Last April, his colleague hubby came to me with PI evidence to say his wife is having affair with him and she had been going to my Hse to sleep over this cooling period, which explains why he did not want to come back. It was a nightmare as through the evidence he shared with e woman that he also slept with her best friend and this woman envied it. And in the txt, he liked to go to spa and massage parlour to ask for special services.It was a total mess, as he denied while this woman admitted everything to e hubby to get a divorce. I was still waiting for him to admit as I did not tell him that there are PI evidence as the woman hubby is still trying to fight e custody of their children.And throughout he still lied non stop and say he was never with her til later stage when all these were exposed. He broke up with her twice and wanted to came back. He was saying he wanted his life back n want to marry n have our Own kids. I felt enough is enough n went to hdb to sign e surrender form, 1 wk later he went back to that woman and said I gave up on him n he had no choice. He said he will pay for e Hse n reno cost and trust him one last round. I spoke to his sis and they said will get him to pay me but he is too broke that time as he had so much credit card debts. When we r in the midst of surrender the Hse, he even asked me to change it to that woman so as to minimise e losses. Which i refused as he is not able to pay me at market rate.
How can I get him to pay me as his promises. What kind of help I can seek?Currently,he is married to her as she just give birth to a baby.
