g.aw > I will scan and email you .. the projector increase to $400 coz i request for both projector be 3000 ANSI Lumens instead of 2000 and 3000 respectively.
 
wildwood > Yup yup .. coz the screen is located at the left and right side of the ballroom.. If i only have 1 projector, mean 50% of my guest mys turn their head and body to view the screen ..

Hence, i decide to have 2 projectors, so all guest can view from front.

When u enter the ballroom, stage is infront.. screen at both left and right side of the ballroom.. But sometime, they only on one.. coz the screen can be roll up and down ..

Me ROM on AD and in FS as well .. Elaine will setup a ROM place with around 20 seats at the cocktails area..
 
hi kiat, i'm also having my ROM in FS, just before the dinner...having it in the foyer outside the ballroom

they will help you set up chairs and the solemisation table in the foyer, max chairs up to 30

Is a must to control both screen using one laptop.. I have a same thinking like you. My doubts was cleared after one site visit with my projector vendor and FS Technician.

They have have a monitor out or splitter in order to synchronized both screen.

My vendor have done a measurement and site visit. If u need the contact, do let me know, coz $400/= inclusive of labour to set up & Dismantle, deliver and 2 projector of 3,000 ANSI Lumens.
 
Hi all,

Has anyone used the Windows East/ Windows West function rooms for their wedding?

I am looking at between 60 - 100 guests for my wedding sometimes next year. So perhaps the East/ West / Crescent room.

Also, how does the food taste like? Any review on which food tastes nice and which to be avoided?

Lastly, could someone send me 2010 package as well? Thanks!

I have a friend who is interested in FS. But she not too sure bout the gradual payment mentioned during discussion. Can anyone kindly share some info on this?
 
niko > I have booked with Four Seasons and I only paid the deposit which is $5k for the banquet. I'm sure you can negotiate on paying the balance when the dinner is over. Speak to your co-ordinator.

my coordinator told us not to worry about this news and that they're already sourcing for replacement from the other Four Seasons hotel and sister hotels...

My wedding dinner at FSH was excellent.

Especially my catering manager Elaine Wong.

Only one word to describe her service, Excellent.

Never failed to response to all my doubts and enquiries.
