Actually, only advertisers who are our clients can promote their products and services in the forum. However, advertisers are also not allowed to spam the forum. If you found any advertising that may not conform to the forum's terms of use, please feel free to let us know.

Maybe because it is the start of the new year, there seem to be more non-advertisers promoting their products and services in the forum. We are always in the lookout. Their account will be suspended and postings removed.

If you see any thread or postings that we may have missed, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.

Is that so?It seems that some of the advertising links that people reported to you are still there and they have not been removed. So I thought it is fine to advertise now. Perhaps it may take a while for you to remove them. Thanks for the explaination anyway. Happy New Year!
 
Hi Apple,

I'm sorry that some of the threads reported above are still there. We don't just remove threads reported. We also remove threads when we noticed them. Every thread before it is removed, we'll spend time investigating to make sure that the thread is not wrongly removed. As such, the process may take a while before all of the reported threads are removed.

We also have other responsibilities other than removing threads from the forum. As such, there will be occasions where our other responsibilities may require our current attention.

We would appreciate everyone's understanding as we are trying our best to do as much as we can. Thank you.
