Chin Leng or other moderators, please take note


hello moderators, i think my clearance sale thread in marketplace has disappeared. did i do something wrong? cos i don't think i did anything diff compared to other sellers. please advise and/or reinstate if possible. many thanks and have a great day!
 
Hi moderators,

I find the changed format of Matters of the Heart very helpful as it is no longer in alphabetical order but arranged in chronological order with t he most recent posts at the top. would it be possible to have the other threads arranged like that too? So we have a clear overview of all the topics within the section.

We won't be making changes to the other topics as we find that alphabetical order would be more useful for users to find the threads related to the service providers they are interested in and to chat with other brides with similar interests.

For a long while, we didn't change "Matters of The Heart" as we didn't want too many different arrangement methods used in the forum. We've made the changes recently to try and see if everyone will not be confused by the different arrangements.

hey cactus, i agree with you on Matters of the Heart. it's much easier to find the active threads now.

but i think threads related to bridal services and banquet venues are better left in alphabetical order since most of the thread titles are the names of the BS and venues anyway.

I think your thread was removed as it had no activity within a period of time. We did a clearing up of threads in the Marketplace and EXchange Corner: Others yesterday.

I have changed my password recently. After this, a new problem occurs. After I type a new message to be posted, it will give me this error message : Your username/password combination was invalid, or you do not have permission to post to this topic. You may revise your username and password using the form at the bottom of this page.

So troublesome - so every time when I finish typing the message, I need to re-enter my user name and password .Why is this so?

Can you adjust it so that I need not have the repeated step of entering my user name and password agin? Very tedious and seems weird although I have logged in.
