Went to your place today. Very nice too, especially the mirrors and the modern look. So you had to be one of the first at HDB in order to get this flat? The canal is going to be completed soon and along it there is going to be a jogging track. When are you moving in?

I am not the first one on the queue lah ... But had first day afternoon selection appt. At first tot no chance to buy the showflat liao but later realised most pple buying Bukit Batok flats else they go for high floors units at CCK. No one else like my unit except myself. Hahaha ...

Wont be moving in tat fast. After collect keys, FH gg for reservist till Feb. So I tink the fastest I can start shifting is Mar ba ...

I am also thinking of getting bikes after i shift in. Will join you guys if there are cycling trips at the end of the year.

Hi wen, the rest of us have not met except for interrace and CFL and those who stays in the same blk. There are no outings so far yet. Maybe at the end of the year when we do 'house hopping'.
 
Hi alan, During the recent WIS lor, my appointment to book the flat is on 1st of aug, which is the 2nd day. I received the letter last friday. Move in by this yr is abit rush leh, have u found ur ID?

Hi carefreelife, the quotation was way too high for my budget already. But i took out a few things which i dun intend to do, so hope fully it will be within my budget lor. But i feel cis**rn price is abit on the high side, so hopelly the quality wise will be good also.

Hi alan, yah sign up a package with them during the home exhibition at expo. Maybe u will get ur keys next mth lor.But to complete everything including quotation,drawings, selection of tiles etc. in 2 mths time is abit too rush leh, i feel that reno cannot rush leh, scared later they rush, they any how do. My ID say my flat will be complete by end of tis year, but seriously i doubt so leh.My target is to finish b4 chinese new yr when alot of their workers go back for holidays.

If it helps, i also got a quote from cie**n when i was looking for my ID.
They are definately on the high side ...materials offered may not seem way better than those cheaper quotes which i gotten.
Was quoted abt 18k by them...however i gotten an ID which can do what i need within budget of 11k.
so can see the diff ?
however, choosing ID also depends on how comfortable u are with them and how much u like their designs loh ...
mine is premium flat, so i just did carpentery and not much design loh ..hee..me practical person, dun need showflat material(also due to tight tigh low budget lah) ... hope this helps...

Hi interrace I got a package with 15% discount from them.If not for the 15%, it's definitely on the high high side. Didn't expect the things that i added in also on the high side. But all depend on design, material worksmanship also lah. Hope their service will be good.
Hi alan, I add in a few things into the package like L-box, false ceiling, feature wall, suspended shoe cab with low sette,window grilles, walk in wardrobe etc.

Hi LMK, welcome to this thread think the jogging track wont be ready till next yr ba..becoz last yr before we booked our unit, we asked the engineer near the construction, he said estimate to be ready ard 2yrs time...
