I've tried Herbalife before. Yes initially I lost 1-2 kg within 2 weeks by just taking the shake. But subsequent weeks I did not notice any difference. On top of that, I suffered side effects...menstrual non-stop until I had to be on medication for a month. Last year, I thought of giving it another try. Guess what, I had another side effect, coughing & sore throat until my GP told me to check my diet.
