Normal places, u can get at watson at $99 for 21 sachets in a box. I bought my cambridge diet at Parkway next to GNC Shop at basement. Only $85 mixed drinks flavour ( soley drinks with no soup).
U just mixed with water ( cold or warm but not hot water )and shake well than can drink already loh...very simple one. The power in the sachet is the meal supplement and u dont have to take any tablets loh.
By the way, for your herba life, did u take your normal 3 meals?
