I check with you average how much you all pay your electrician for normal pulling of wires and maybe shit 1 scv point and extend two more sockets only??

Might be overwhelming since some might appreciate a good quiet rest after a long day

unable to advise you the cost of electrical because you did not tell us how many lighting points you going to do. it's a major cost factor. Also, are you asking them to install the lightings for you, how many pendant lights are there.. normally $8-10 for each light installation or $35 for each hanging light, and another $30-$40 for each light point.
socket you also didn't specify whther is 1x or 2x13amp ... if you shift socket they usually charge you removal of existing socket.. then another cost for fixing new socket point..
my cable point is $105.
standard they will also charge you the point for yiour cooker hood and hob..
then you have to also check are you doing PUB testing.. that cost $200+

So far, living here is not too bad =) We like it here, quite far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Ha ha... sometimes when we trek to the city, we joke that we are going down the mountain. Also, we like that it is quite near to Jurong Point, can just walk there and quite a pleasant walk...
