ya they're both the same so those looking at 303 n 309 might see others taking tat so tink it shd be better then take also cos no diff. hehe.
 
Wah, so pple so pro st 64 here. But why statistics show otherwise. Are pple playing mind games here or many pple are not in forum? Anyone knows if the temple is going to be demolished soon?

Hi Val,

Congrats for successfully selecting your flat!

Did you ask when you can get the key? Most of the flats sold LCD(Lease Commencement Date) is 01 Aug 2008. Does this mean you can only stay at your flat from 01 Aug 2008 onwards or after the key availability? Because the key availability is 3 months from your date of booking which is much earlier than the LCD stated in the booklet.

they said within 3-4mths can get keys. we got sign a letter to ask for earli collection of keys. see how effective tat letter is lor :D

i guess the LCD only starts in Aug cos maybe after releasing the keys by latest feb/mar, ppl need time to reno thus moving in will be ard mid 08 le so lease starts in aug will be juz nice. does mean can stay at flat only after aug 01.
 
The LCD starts in Aug 2008. But no worries you can still move in before that date.

However u will need to pay the loan once you get the keys and not till Aug 2008.

Btw anyone who selected their flat and applied under Married Child / Parent priority? Do the parents need to be there?
 
hi ann.. relax relax! dun worrie yah; only thing is to keep a lookout for other potential units as well.. im sure there are plenty of good units around.

corrine, parents dun need to be there; bring their marriage cert and IC can liao.
 
whyme, understand how your parents feel, considering you are their only child they feel very lonely as they grow older. And if you would like them to take care of your kids in future better to be nearer but also got to consider if they will always drop by ur place anytime, no privacy. If there are transport to take your parents from where they currently stay to st93 conveniently, then just go as you and hubby wishes. Both places have pros n cons.

made a mistake; my colleague who is 75..his timing is today 11.15am, not yday. he took the wrong day leave! hahaha.. sorrieee!
so if we count today to have 80-85 ppl.. take-up rate increasing by the day.

been following this post for weeks. i guess i'm worse off than most of u here and whyme, i tink my blood pressure will confirm go up and stay for at least 3 weeks more cos my date is on the 13th nov! i'm a first-timer and applied under married-child scheme still get this kind of no. haiz...
btw, me aiming for YS, so hope the demand stays as such or goes down. Hee... i've been clicking the hdb website every now and den too but it's useless to monitor cos my date still so far away. wat i shd be monitoring is my heartbeat and pressure. haha... anyway, good luck to the rest of the brides here. hope we all get our top 3 choices!

My friend number is 250+. Her appointment is on 26 Oct. So 250 / 9 days = 27 appointments per day?

So it seems the take up rate is quite high?

the demand was scary man! ended up not applying..haha.

so how is it for those who applied?
managed to get a decent number? i guess im just satisfied with the balloting bah..dun really think that i'll end up with a good number for the bi-monthly so didn't try..

let's pray hard for a good no. i need to be below 30 to be considered good, i think it's as hard as reaching the sky..

yup.. if get gd no or even if not gd no, but when its my turn, the units i wan near my parents are still there, then i wld consider if i wan take. if wan take then hv to forfeit my 2k lor. no choice. but worth it i tink cos i miss my family hahaha and long term wise more fang bian.

Our appt is on coming Monday at 10.15am.

Still can't really make up our mind to which areas. It's a choice between st 93 and st 64 for us.

hopefully, through the weekend, we will have a confirmed list.
