reno haven't start yet. HDB going down to do the cement screeding tmr. then stil need HDB to go rectify those defects (super many) we found then can start the reno. coz contractor said once the workers r in, HDB won't ack those defects liao. so, more waiting, i guess...

btw, if ur bf got the keys already, u better find someone along to carefully check all the things. the flat is premium one or standard one? mine is a standard one n got quite a lot of defects...
 
lev i think mine is standard. yrs is where huh? i dun remember mine near compass pt de blk 250 there. yrs? hmmm i also think will alot defect but my bf say hdb tell him they send ppl go check already. very messy there la

santa will give u cheque. but his is XMAS BANK lolx... onli vaild in his island!! how! loLx..
