your qn abt the condo pyt:

i think she need to pay 5% booking deposit to developer. then she gets the option, exercise within 14 days, by then she has to pay the other 5%. i can't rem when she has to pay the stamp duty+legal fee which ttls abt 3%.

the rest of the payment is progressive. as each stage of bldg is completed (eg: foundation, piling, main bldg works, etc) the developer will call up the respective % of payment. it has to come from her cash or cpf 1st, until the balance portion that touches on the loan then the bank loan will be drawdown. so her bank loan instalment starts only when the bank loan is drawn down, and increases progressively. by TOP, the payment s/be 85% liao.

at times.. even when i take mrt ah... also jialat leh.. like today hor.. nabz... i really buay lunz man.. i was sitting on the long stretch of seats but the corner one.. so got a glass partition there rite? then this indian cha bor come in & lean on the glass lor...

then her hair .. wahh..piangz.. eh.. like wire lor... worst then pubic hair leh.. so damn alot & so damn long lor.. even when she lean on the glass ah.. still got like 1 third of the hair overflow into my side leh!! nabz...

fark lor! too bad i got no lighter ah.. otherwise I sure burnt her hair man!

salsa huh? u wanna to learn?? i took course from bukit timah, very professional.. cheap cheap only, $120 for 4 lessons and it a private class, one to one teaching. but u have to get another partner la.. mean to say is $240 for 2 persons la.
