"Advice needed - how to cope with 400 guests"

Hi all
My fiance and I will be having our wedding banquet in June, and it is a 40 table wedding dinner banquet. I am starting to freak out as I look at the guest list, because I have no idea how we are going to interact with all the guests.
Do guests attending dinners of this scale feel left out? Will they be unhappy? What should I do so that they don't feel left out? Will they be unhappy if they are in the back or corner of the ballroom?

i got instant photography services that last 4 hours starting from cocktail.

i had 44 tables back then.

Suggest you get a bigger group of brothers from your hubby side. Let them do the coordination during the banquet. For interaction, I suppose you cannot meet up with all the guests in such a short time so don't worry too much.

The worst, hire a Wedding Planner like me for less headache lor.

I am having a 50 table wedding, I only know max 8 tables of people, the rest is groom's family friends. What wedding planner do you recommend? Please PM me thanks x

It's very good that you knew 8 tables of people already, better than no one.

Actually you wont have much time to miggling around on that night as you need to get change,cutting cake, emcee speak and so on. Somemore, your husband will introduce you to other people so you will automatically know more people, right? Always remember that keep smiling is a good communication.
