Hi couples,

We are looking to sell our wedding dinner package for 01 May 2026 at the beautiful venue at Intercontinental Singapore at the Grand Ballroom.

The wedding package comes with the following perks!

1. Minimum guaranteed attendance of 200 persons (excluding special dietary) priced at $208.80++ per person or a minimum Food and Beverages spending of $41,760.00++. maximum capacity of 32 round tables.
2. 8-course Chinese set dinner with free flow Chinese tea and soft drinks (exclude juices)
3. Complimentary food tasting applicable from Monday - Thursday, excluding Eve of and on Public Holidays for a maximum of 10 persons. Please note that the food tasting session will only be for food items selected in the wedding menu. No alcohol will be provided for the tasting session.
4. Complimentary one barrel of 30 Litre House Beer.
5. Complimentary One Bottle of House Wine per guaranteed of 10 persons.
6. Complimentary One bottle of Champagne for toasting Ceremony with a four tier Champagne fountain.
7. Complimentary packed meals for your wedding vendors, up to (04) sets.
8. Corkage charge will be waived for hard liquor brought into the hotel (must be duty paid and sealed)
9. An elegantly-designed model wedding cake for the cake-cutting ceremony.
10. Decorated wedding hall including floral arrangements for the stage, VIP tables (up to 2), guest tables and aisle from a selection of enchanting wedding themes (subject to changes and not applicable to mix)
11. Decorated wedding hall foyer including One (01) solemnization arch and basic staircase florals (subject to changes and not applicable to mix)
12. We are pleased to arrange the following items with compliments for your event:
    • Existing sound system
    • Rostrum with Two (02) wireless microphones
    • LCD projectors and projection screenshots
13. Wedding stationery set inclusive of:
    I. One (01) stylish token box (On loan basis, to be returned to the Hotel at the end of the banquet)
    II. One (01) guest book provided for the reception table
    III. Wedding favors for guaranteed attendance
    IV. Exclusively-themed invitation cards with standard printing for up to 70% of the guaranteed attendance
    Kindly note that each table centrepiece is provided based on per table of guaranteed (10) persons.
    Should you require additional table setup, it can be arranged at S$100.00++ per table.
14. Complimentary Parking based on 20% of the guaranteed attendance.
    Additional car passes required is charged at S$26.00+ each for day events and for S$15.00+ each for evening events.
    The above charges are subjected to prevailing government taxes.
    Should the government taxes change, your rate will be adjusted to reflect accordingly.
    We are pleased to extend 01 VIP lot (subject to availability) in front of the hotel on a complimentary basis.
    Please advise us the registered vehicle numbers at least three (03) days prior to the event. The Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage to the car.

On top of this: we add on additional perks:

1. Complimentary Two (02) Nights stay in our Bridal Suite with breakfast for two, wedding amenities, Check-in on Friday, 01 May 2026 (1500 hours) and check-out on Sunday, 03 May 2026 (1200 hours).
   Kindly note that the above are standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability. All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Complimentary room(s) is not exchangeable or redeemable for voucher, cash or other services. We are pleased to extend you a special rate for guestrooms should accommodation arrangements are required for your invited guests. Rooms are subjected to availability upon confirmation. These special rates will not be applicable during black-out periods and other dates stipulated by the Hotel. Please note that the rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
   
   
2. ROMANCE & BEYOND - WEDDING SHOW PERKS We are pleased to confirm the following two (02) pre-selected additional perks for your celebration:
   • Peking Duck Live Station with Dedicated Chef during cocktail reception (cater for up to 100 servings)
   • Self-served ice cream live station with up to 4 flavours (cater for up to 100 persons)

We have already paid $5000 for the deposit so we will just be expecting the $5000 deposit fee from you guys and the contract will be yours!
