I am also looking for AD photographer! Anyone have any advices during gowns fitting? :s

Er. .dont know if it is appropriate to ask this here... but do we need to wear nubra on that day? I nv wear before leh. Jialat

Hello! I signed up in JB , Bridal studio - DESTINO :) because we are looking to have indoor shoots only. They have amazing indoor setup!

Didn't book hotel , we booked Qian Xi Restaurant @ Summer Garden because of their food! :)

How about you? When is ur AD?

I'm also going for my gown fitting in Sept soon! I'm going to wear push nubra too!

My AD will be 25 feb 2017 =)

I have booked with my bridal room and local photoshoot in sept.

Going bangkok end of this mth for local photographer in bangkok photoshoot =)

After location fees and transport fee, should be SGD 1000 which include MUA to follow entire day.

This price exclude rental of gowns but i am getting my own gowns there.

Some samples that the photographer sent me as below:

Any idea how long in advance should we book our AD MUA/ Photographer & Videographer? Have you booked any?

Now!! Is better to book now earlier the better especially if your date is an auspicious date.

Then u will have more variety of AD MUA and photographer to choose from =)

Mine also a rather popular date. 18 feb 2017. But i cant book JP yet. Both JPs i contacted say they only accept 3-4mths beforehand. So i still waiting for them. If they really cannot make it...haha die :x sure v hard to find.

WAH. . Very dangerous eh if u going to wait for them. Any ideas how long before AD does Dr phua take in booking?

Hi ladies, wanted to get some thoughts. If we're having western style plated dinner.. would you want to do change of gown? Can't seem to decide now cos western dinner is usually only about 4 course? Then don't really have time to change.

Just purchased a Taiwan pre wedding shoot package at S$3.7k (unable to disclose the name of the bridal shop) would like to check if the price we paid for is pretty standard or?

Package includes:

1. 5 gowns (include 1 Verona designed gown)
2. 5 suit/outfits for groom
3. 15x24" album - seamless (36 pose)
4. 60" poster
5. 24" photo frame
6. 1 signature scroll
7. 2 table top photo frame
8. 1 ferries wheel photo frame
9. 1 mini photo album
10. Photographer, night shooting & inhouse stylist included

Excluded:
1. Transport for shoot
2. Ampoule
3. Courier charges
4. Outdoor stylist

Eh just sharing from a guest point of view - i recently attended a western wedding lunch. Because only 4 course served and there was a change in gown, we had a really really really lonnng wait in between dishes... quite restless.

Yeah that's the thing, I don't wanna cause my guests to have to wait just cos I need to change gown... lol

you can still have a change of gown if you want to. just have something to engage the crowd during that time. ie having an emcee that is engaging will help? live-band performance? magic show?

Dear BTBs, for those of you who looked for Long shifu to calculate auspicious wedding dates, he also advised on An Chuang procedures. It was stated in his manual that a person need to sleep on the bed after an chuang. Who can that person be? Can it be the groom himself? Any idea gals? TIA!

Yes can! He say doesn't matter it's the couples or only one of the couple but the bed cannot be empty can already.
