Hi there! I'm not a 2015 BTB but an August 2014 bride... Was trying to leave some testimonials for some of the great wedding vendors I had and I came across your question, Traciee... Not sure if anyone else has answered since it's been a while since you posted it up but I did engage in iSnap's services for pre-wedding photoshoot as well as AD PG and VG. Haha, I can't explain why their services are cheaper than others but I can honestly tell you that my hubby and I are really glad we signed up with them. They're really good and professional and we love their services. They arrive for each shoot much earlier than appointed just so they can scout the area and get a better feel of the venue and lighting. What's more impressive is their initiative to go beyond what's in the contract. For example, our pre-wedding photoshoot was set as 4 hours (excluding time needed to change gowns or travel to different venues or simply for breaks) - we had an evening+night shoot and making sure no one cons us of the promised time allocated, I kept track of the timing of the shoot but lo and behold, iSnap exceeded those 4 hours by shooting us an extra 1-2 hours and did not charge us any extra fees. More impressively, it was already 1+ AM and they still asked us if there's anywhere else we would like to shoot since they still have some space left in their memory card! We were really pleased when we got our photos and we knew we didn't have to worry about the AD PG/VG quality anymore. Prior to our AD, we were politely reminded by our church pastor to request the PG/VG team to not be so intrusive especially during the solemnization session and ring-exchanging session - we too have noted at friends' weddings how some PG/VG will "conveniently" block everyone's views (even between the couple and the solemnizer!) just to get the perfect shot of the rings etc. Somehow we forgot to tell iSnap this (wedding prep can get really busy and make one forgetful, haha!) but thankfully, we barely noticed their presence (totally not intrusive) and when we look back at the photos and videos, we wonder how they manage to get such good shots even from a distance away...
Hope you BTBs have a great time planning for your weddings and more importantly, your marriages. If anyone wants any feedback from a bride who just dealt with all the wedding prep stuff just a couple of months back, feel free to drop me a message!
Oh, and for those who may be curious how iSnap's photos/videos may turn up to be, feel free to check out the videos on our YouTube channel. Just a disclaimer that only the wedding morning express highlights video is a direct upload from iSnap's end product. The wedding morning thank you speech and banquet dinner highlights videos are self-edited using Windows Live Movie Maker but utilizing footages from the videos that iSnap shot so the quality of these two videos as appearing on YouTube aren't as great as compared to the actual videos itself. The pre-wedding photoshoot video is also self-made but using the photos from iSnap so quality of video on YouTube isn't as great similarly. Childhood montage and honeymoon videos are self-made and none of the shots are from iSnap. Here's our YouTube channel link:
