I had my 'meet the parents' session' laz nite.. hehe..so scared, but luckily everything turned out better than i expected.. ^^
 
Had booked my pg for a package which consists of 1 pg / 1 assist pg for both my AD and pre-weddings .

magdal: yes ive seen their works, but too exp for me.. i think one VG + PG is 3K plus?? cant rmb... keke. but its not bad.

julia: yah, my past friends who hv been married also engaged their own PG cos they mention those at BS not so gd.
 
v0n: it depends on what kinda style it is.. for photojournalistic style, it is usually 1.2k-1.5k and above... for normal kind will definitely be cheaper...

actually, my PG told me... most ppl de photojournalistic is only tt 20-30pcs out of the hundreds they take. cos some must wait for the "right moment" n right angle then possible to take a "artistic" style. cant possibly wait for all the "right" moment,if not, only able to take how many pics only.. LOL~

v0n: journalistic type of pics r usu candid pics where they capture the more "natural" and candid pictures then thru alot of editing work, become very nice. keke.
just pick one where u seen his wrks n like it then Ok le.

His webbie is www.jcphotography.com.sg . If I see correctly , his rates are less than $900 for AD photography for a team of 2.
We viewed 2-3 weddings that he covered also other than our friend's and relative's .Style wise his is very journalistic and also from what I remember, he never ask people to pose for the pics (except table shots).My cousin's AD had ard 400 pics if i didn't remember wrongly.

hi all: it has been long time since i last login.. how everyone's preparation, or i can say shortlisting process..

v0n: i did turn up yesterday for pan pac.. it seems like alot of them taking up the packages, nt sure if they are the potential customers but only wait till wedding show then they sign up.

there is 2012 price package available but only till 1st half 2012... however, as my wedding will be in Q4 2012, it will be revised after CNY..

for a weekend dinner Sat for the Level 1 ballroom, its about $1168++..
for 2nd half 2012, add around $80 to $90..
it will be abt $1248 to $1258 bah..

binary: pan pac's one of my choices.. i only managed to get my hands on the 2011 pkgs at some seminar... and likewise, i might be holding mine in 4Q 2012 too.. haha... if i'm taking pan pac, it'll be the ocean ballroom... so that one should be $100 cheaper than what you've mentioned for 4Q 2012 i suppose...

magdal: yes, that is price for pan pac from 1st half of 2012... i only remember that package that i concerned me but end up this is not the one as they will revise again for 2nd half of 2012.

i just received the 2012 package..

it says "*Package prices are valid for weddings held by 30 December 2012."

so i believe it is till 4Q 2012 as well
