Caroline - A lot of things to prepare for church.. like florists, choir, caterer etc.

Xingli: that time I didn't ask for it.. coz I wanted to have the Holy Mat in the ballroom.. but now I was thinking that not all of my frens will appreciate especially if they are not Christians.. so wanna keep the Holy Mat just for our church friends.. I will try to ask XueLing..

pinkglove: did your contract indicate a function room? I will try to bargain for one.. and not to pay.. *fingers crossed*

Hi clint.

Most of the churches only allow members to use their sanctuary. They will require that the couple be baptised Christians and have been attending at their church for ard 6mths or a year.

Some churches do rent out their santuaries to non-members.
Here are the names and rates as I remember it:

Armenian Church - $1.4k
Central Christian Church - $2k
Chijmes - $6-8k
Paya Lebar Methodist - $1.5k
Salvation Army Headquarters in Bishan - $2k

During our search, we also contacted refurbished old chapels like The White Rabbit and Singapore Art Museum and also considered Asian Civilisation Museum.
