pinkcoral: my AD is 20th July 2011. How abt yrs?

My progress is pretty slow. So far only booked hotel. Still doing bridal shopping. Have not confirmed VG and PS yet.

Someone must be feeling real excited now hee hee 5 more mths to go....
I cant wait for mine to be here men haha still a long wait haha
 
hi clint: can Kim do like normal dresses, not just CS? thinking of making a cocktail dress. if i design and give her, will she be ok doing it?

yup, i guess there are more brides who are willing to spurlge more on PS.. cos i guess it can be really upsetting to have your pics turn out ugly. And for me, i love to take photographs and also the kind who will review my photos many time.. it's my personal habit so i feel the money will be well-spent..:D
Hmm..i have not decided on my BS but will most likely ask them to deduct some cost off the package since i will not be taking their pre-wed photography services. I will not considering GM for AD cos it's not within my budget. I'll pm you his site shortly..hope you will like it too.
 
Pinkcoral..wow, the wedding stuff are really cute n pretty. I think to get similar items here will cost more right.

Think there's a shop at AMK which sells such wedding items.

Giraffe: yeap.. I saw Kim doing WG and EG for some brides.. But I'm not too sure abt the pricing..

Yuchi: Same sentiments! I rather splurge abit more on photography too.. Esp on PS photography.. Now I enjoy looking at them every n then.. Are u considering GM for PS?

Thanks girls. I didn't want the traditional kua shoes so settled on the pong-pong ones instead.

Yuchi - we also checked out the shop near the S11 coffeeshop in AMK. They have GDL packages there.

Yesterday we went to JB, there's a shop in Holiday Plaza #01 and another one in City Square #03. Can go and check it out and compare prices if you're interested.

I have only shortlisted him for pre-wed but also not sure abt his schedule. Will need to see if he is available after i've got my date. :D

Pinkcoral: yah.. think they have a site and i visited before. Got all kinds of stuff. If got enough time, i also dun mind crossing over the borders to check out the store at City Square.

hi xingli, yuchi - yeah, go to city square. When you're there, you can go for cheap movies and also check out the sample invitation cards at the printing shop on the 4th floor. A lot of singaporeans go there to get their invites printed.

xingli: but the queue to watch movie at city square is usually very very long. haa. so u try to be there early if u would like to catch movie.
 
Not many people at Balestier? I dont mind not renovated haha as long as i dont need to queue as i dont really like it...
Prefer to book online or reach there earlier hee hee

I didnt know City Square has one shop that selling wedding stuffs. Shall go check that out.
 
hi pink= tat very cheap n worth.. i like the bowl set.. i puzzle.. some sell 4 plates 4 bowls ... actuali we jz nit to 2 plate + 2 bowl + 2 cup + 2 spoons... m i right?
 
Smilem - it's better to have 4 cups.. then during tea ceremony, the cups are rotated and washed in between the serving to our elders.

For bowls, we only need 2. Coz it's only for the two of us to eat stuff. The set I bought comes with chopsticks with the dragon and phoenix carved on.

Movies - Inception:I watch midnight on Sat. Overall think its not that nice cos its not easy to understand & my BF keep asking me so many Q to understand the whole movie cos he doze off awhile. If really keen to watch, dont watch when u are tired :p
