prinzess, usually, for outdoor, the BS will suggest u not to wear your AD WG. rather, take another design which is meant for outdoor shot.. may not be easy to find a convenient place to change also if u r going to wear more than 1 WG for outdoor. AD WG is for indoor/studio shots usually. i am only wearing 1 outdoor WG for PS an another 4 other WG/EGs for indoor shots.

318, yours come with 22pages and 28poses? 22 pages could mean u can choose more than 1 photo per page if u want to. as for 28 poses, u mean in total for indoor & outdoor or ??

my packages is 28 pictures, in magazine style binding. but i cannot remember the size of the photo now. the BS is also giving me a miniature version of 5R for this 28 pictures. it said, so that it is easier for me to can bring around & show friends. my package is $2900 nett & it comes with AD photography free & MTM WG & EG. I guess, the price is quite reasonable.

there 2 kinds of BS.

the all in one kind which allows u many changes of clothes, with in-house photographer.

prinzess is with Bridal Veil. the other kind where the only gown we have is our gown that's tailored for us. this gown we wear for PS & AD. of cos, there's also our EG- that one EG.
our PS will be focused on our WG for outdoor.

i believe the meaning of 22 pg n 28 pose means u can pick 28 poses to place into 22 pages. thats my understanding when went to recce all the types of BS long ago.
but the PG WILL take more than 28 poses n u choose from the many many poses to pick 28 pieces so that some pages have more than 1 photo.

diamond, ic.. not sure abt emanuel, my fren who was w emanuel decided not to have PS.. haha.. she din even wear her WG for the morning of AD! cos she liked the traditional kua alot n put on the kua, complete w headgear when the groom picked her up

Agree with Maez, can try to bargain *winks* If cannot, nvm lor. At least u tried. Im not having alot of pics too, 20 pages & 60 pix. =) But i'll have all my pix returned in hi-res soft copy, so i'll try & do my own album. Hubby says it will be our first project together. haha.

Hi all

i am quite troubled with what i am supposed to write on the wedding invites.

1. If possible, I would want to omit the chinese version. Except that his granny is inviting a table of her relatives.
2. Not sure if his dad mind if all english becos he also wants one table for his friends.
3. Do we have to put down our parent's names? Since we are fully paying for the banquet, so we are the hosts.

Any advice?

apples.. i think you should still acknowledge your parents in the invitations.. You guys may be paying for the banquet, but afterall, its stil your parents who brought you into this world and brought you up? Just my view..

and hor, if your guest see your parents names not there, wait they get the impression that the relationship strained and gossip starts how?

if you are the host of the wedding, your names will appear first.. something like this

Bride and Groom
together with our parents
Mr & Mrs Bride's parents
and
Mr & Mrs Groom's parents
cordially invite......

some pple prefers to have groom's name first.. so you can adjust accordingly...

if both side parents are the host.. the invite should write

Mr & Mrs Groom's parents
and
Mr & Mrs Bride's parents
cordially invite...
wedding celebration of their children
Groom & Bride
.......

apples, mine also fully paying for the banquet and for everythings, but I think we shud include both sides parents name, just for the respect. my view lar!

hi apple,

understand ur concerns. U can perhaps choose a mixture of red and other colour cards to differentiate. then for those red one for relatives - print in both english & chinese so relos children know the exact location in english. That way u settle ur FH granny & hubby friend's issue. For those for ur frens in the other colour, print all in english. so u can have the best of both worlds.
