diamond, dun think i ever get disappointed when visiting a country coz every place has their own unique traits.. its up to us to discover.. i travel with such attitude so no matter where i choose to go, there are things for me to discover.. be it i have been there once or umpteen times. personally i love cold weather and snow.. by the way, northern canada is one of the best place to catch the northern lights..

Was told that wine is more popular for wedding dinner, most ppl will ask for wine than beer. It's depend whether most of your friends are drinker as well. Might want to order more wine...

I see. Then V shape cannot use tape to create the cleavage liao. Heard from a bride that she let the MUA tape her cherries to create the cleavage. She was just wearing a bustier.

Yea, think most prob gotta access ur guest list. For me, 80% of the tables are our frens...and they're wine drinker. Most prob we wun even cater a barrel of beer...will go by glasses. I'm estimating 25-30 bottles of wine for my 12 tables.

try charles and Keith, and VNC. their shoes are already quite nice and cheap without GSS. NOVO have really nice shoes for gowns, but quite pricey unless they have sale.
Hey i have 3 pairs of shoes, 1 for WG, 1 for EG and 1 for my kua. bought an extra pair for PS (coz i don't have old white shoes, now it's my mom's after PS) anyway, got all 4 pairs for less than $150! so i didn't really care if i bought too many pairs... heh heh.

how about lunch? i am having a Sunday lunch. some of my friends are beer drinkers, but most of my FH's friends are wine drinkers. We have about 15 tables, hotel is providing us free flow of beer. (i actually DO NOT want to supply wine but feel bad coz must respect FH's guests) so now we are planning to buy red wine only, but not sure how many bottles. usually for dinner i heard it's 1.5 bottles per table, how about lunch?

vvn, i'm having luncheon too, but i'm catering at least 2 bottles per table. Usually for outings w our frens, 4-5 of us can drink 2 bottles already. My hotel doesn't provide any beer nor free wine corkage, corkage is $30 per bottle, get their wine is $38+++...economical sense is to get the hotel's wine. So i dun need to worry how many bottles to buy. Jus b prepared for the max damage on the final bill haha!

We ever tot of not serving beer at all, but tot it's not nice to reject any guest. So we'll go by per glass basis...

Hi ladies,

Selected my pix liao. only chose 53pix in total. The BS was crazy, took 100s to 200s of pix for us!!! As if we are so rich that we'll selected all the pix... we were pretty focus to limit ourselves to take little pix cos my frenz, relative, colleagues, etc have been advising us NOT to take too many pix cos all will go to waste in the storeroom. Since so many many couples felt the same way, we heed their advice lor.

HM & Travel - I guess no matter where u go for holidays, u have to travel with an open mind. If ur mind is closed on the holiday being repeatative then the entire mood is gone. For me.. I can travel like 100 times Japan and still never get sick of it. HA HA HA HA HA...

My BS is DC, AD on the 2nd Dec, MUA is Joanne, Holy Grace Presbyterian Church, caterer is Lavish Dine. My honeymoon is BOOKED!! My HTB very efficient in this area. We're going to San Fran, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and LA for 17days!! Woohhoooo

Incomplete missions
Lose weight: Gown very tight as I must have put on 3 kgs so need to exercise, EVERYDAY!!
No wedding rings, jewellery, shoes, invitations and florist yet.
In the process of designing CS and teadress.

daman/ribbons - yah it is some unwritten rule that states no need to give 1st year....but many kids will sure ask for it one, dont give also very difficult on spot. so best is to go on holiday...anyway we also aim to go during CNY period..

vanessa - hey....my AD also 2nd dec...aiyah now in a dilema liao..cos actually my package about 3k is got MTM wedding gown & evening gown...do u think it is very silly of me? cos they had given me to choose OTR gowns and i had chosen them...is it very lugi hur?? but i think even MTM all sequins and laces are seperate costing right? sigh...... have u booked ur AD photographer?? cos i have yet to and now panicking cos our day is a hot date!!

but i already call kenneth (tsang studios), kelvin (lighted pixels) and johnathon (joho) - they are all three good friends..non of them is available on my date. Really upsetting :'( cos i had taken for granted that avenue 8 sure got either photographer is free...but had forgotten that dec is a hot month and date is also hot date....so for all dec brides..if u had yet to book an AD PG, it is time to seek for one.

maez - hey u also planning to go greece?? on which month? i am planning to go greece too leh on month of feb - according to greece website it is about 12-15 degrees so not very very cold...also most shops are open and their so call winter season just ends...so ideal to go there to shop without their summer holidays jostle.

tat wat i do sometime ....normally the doc only give me 1 day too ....but if i take 2 days then boss will call me up n ask can go back work or not ...haiz ....

jingles - dun worry ...try to contact the others to see if can get any ....tat time me too call n a lot seem booked on my date , although it dun seem like a hot date to me. u wan to try Chris Ling or Tucky? they are quite nice.
