hi gals!
i just attended a wedding last nite, and MAN, the extreme importance of having a reliable wedding coordinator and knowing EXACTLY what your jie-mei's and helpers duties etc are was TOTALLY driven home to me! remember that must have a wedding itinerary, who does what, and when etc etc etc!! its CRUCIAL! must really make sure things are planned in advance and details are thoroughly checked!

this wedding was nice overall but so many glitches and hiccups..that really required lots of last minute things to work out...i swear if i were the bride i'd be so stressed out!!

I pop by Blush Blush when I visited Bridal Veil since same building but cos Pin's apptmt full so I didnt manage to try any of his gowns but his gowns are v nice

Cedric attended to me on my 1st visit & Michelle made some comments when she saw the gowns i tried. Colin only attended to me last Saturday when i signed up. Did u visit Bridal Veil during your BS shopping?

Yes I did visit Bridal Veil during my BS shopping and Colin was the one who attend to me. I prefer Pin's service and BB's gown...thats why I sign up with BB.

I am also looking at mature estates around kallang area. Due to some family reason we are not eligible for new flats so are more cautious about flat selection.

I believe that there is no substitution for good location lah, pay abit more premium is ok. Can you PM me the type of flat your get and cost involve? I may wish to consider that location too. Thank you.

Thks for all the well-wishes..oh ya, at least GDL over, one thing off the load..FH & myself was really very tired yesterday but I guess our parents & relatives enjoyed themselves..it’s very nice to hear compliments from the groom’s side that we did a very detailed job for the GDL stuff..it’s quite noisy at my house yesterday..FH need to come up a few trips just to carry the stuff up from the car & also later down to the car w/ the barangs..heehee..we took some photos..will try to upload & share w/ everyone later..cheers~

Nice to hear from u..heehee..yap, I guess diff dialects have diff customs to follow..most importantly is that it’s w/ the good blessings for the newly-wed...i will surely be glad to share w/ everyone the experiences aft my wedding..the shopping for the GDL is very fun bcoz u get to learn abt the diff customs & procedures to do it..also we consulted our shifu for advice..he’s indeed very helpful..very nice also..i m very glad bcoz I managed to tie up the ribbons on the daily necessities like perfume, cream, make-up remover etc, as I pref miniatures so it’s rather cute to see them being arranged in pink ribbons..hehee..will try to upload the pic to show everyone soon..cheers~

Yap..i do agree that it’s better that we heed the advice of the experts..esp when we consulted them, I guess it’s gd to have the peace at heart knowing that u have a good date for such a joyous occasion for the wedding..will surely share the experiences for the GDL w/ everyone..me still rushing on the seating arrangement..hopefully I get to settle them soon..also the montages, songs, AD/dinner schedule…oh ya, the emcees’ script too..wow..seems like a lot not done..not really excited yet..probably kinda busy as now..maybe as the days get nearer..it’s gets more exciting…heehee..u will know how I feel when it’s ur turn then..cheers~

It so happened that it’s 15th yesterday, also most relatives were at my house, so mum will like to cook some dishes for them & also to have a small gathering..at the same time to pray to my late grandpa & offerings…FH & his aunt also came to eat at my house..it’s also very nice to be able to have them (esp my FH’s aunt) to join us for meals..

All our package are different. I guess depends on the salesman that we deal with and the package on promo when we signed up.

Btw, first appointment is for us to try the gowns liao ah...then we have to confirm is it?

hmm chijmes, maybe i should take back from u the idea that they may want you to confirm fast. it was the impresion they gave me but maybe its not true cos i was also very kan cheong and fickly minded thats why they kept trying to persuade me to confirm the design...
first appt is usu to trial and error try all gowns that may suit your body type then try to have idea what type of gown design to sort to narrow down...

Ya, it's white gold...Setting with 4 claws, it's a solitaire..how many carrots? heheh, u think he very rich meh..heheh 1 carat also dun have, only 0.74..

Erm...how he propose ah..he just came in the room and say got something for me lor...Then he took out the box, i know its a ring liao ma..so OBVIOUS! In the end, I have to "force" him to propose to me properly lor an he was giggling and laughing all the way...Not romantic at all! Somemore in singlet and shorts! hehhe

0.33carat....but already few thousand dollars...
my proposal also not romantic...how come so different fr show? When I saw romantic proposal, N I would give him a nudge...he would say that proposal is without ring....but I said its romantic...then he would say like tat he shldnt buy the ring...

equate the size of the diamonds to their love, cos she was very very happy

with her 0.27 (?) carat diamond ring.
