no2. (2nd place) Germany - 6 points (+3g.d.)

6. Grp E no2. vs Grp F no1.

7. Grp G no1. vs Grp H no2.
8. Grp G no2. vs Grp H no1

Grp B still pending.. but here's my views anyway

currently:
Eng - 3 pts.. (+1goal diff)
Sweden - 1 pt (0 goal diff)
T&T - 1 pt (0 goal diff)
Para - 0 pt (-1 goal diff)

It'll be a bad if England lands in 1st first.. i.e. Germany will face England in the next 16.

If Sweden manages to win and land 2nd placings, Sweden will face the exciting Ecuadorians..

Hehe.. I would wish that too.. but England will not concentrate on facing Germany yet.. they will want to confirm last 16 placings and beat Tri lor.. :D

What remains now is Sweden vs Paraguay.. I would wish Paraguay upsets Sweden, and get into 2nd place. Hence:

Eng - 6 pt
Para - 3 pt
Sweden - 1 pt
T&T - 1 pt

if Sweden draws with Para:

Eng - 6 pt
Sweden - 2 pt
Para - 1 pt
T&T - 1 pt

David meets Goliath on 13 June in Kaiserslautern. Trinidad and Tobago, the smallest-ever country in terms of population to compete at a FIFA World Cupâ„¢, square up to the mighty England of David Beckham, Steven Gerrard, Michael Owen et al.
On paper, it should really be no contest. Sven-Goran Eriksson boasts some of the world’s top players in his squad, while many of Leo Beenhakker’s first-choice picks are either operating in the lower echelons of English football or languishing on the bench at their Scottish clubs.

Sweden, however, will testify to the fact that the Soca Warriors more than live up to their combative nickname, and Eriksson and his players will doubtless have been impressed with the Caribbeans’ resolute defending in a hard-fought 0-0 draw with the Scandinavians.

Daphne.. then what about me neh? keke.. no worries.. Eng confirm will score in 2nd half :D kekeke...

Crouch should go!! in front of goal cannot even score..

aiyo, actually i'm torn apart. hb go buy total goals instead of england leh.... so if they do score hor, better be more than 1 goal man! but i hope they don't and at least draw! then my fav underdog got chance to final 16. hehe....

As usual Crouch should never have been in the starting line up.. any striker will do but not crouch!

T&T gets their 5th yellow card for bringing owen down..

Rooney slated to join in now.

Michael Owen almost scored!! 55-56 min

PETER CROUCH SCORED AT LAST!!! 83' WITH A FAB FLANK KICK BY BECKHAM TO CROUCH WAITING AT THE PENALTY BOX, AND HEADS BEYOND HISLOP'S REACH!!
