my fh only son..so have to stay with in-laws, the only possibilty of living a different hse will be if the 2 hse is just next door.

i think $20k should be enough for u. my reno abt $11k.. $9k is more than enough for ur kitchen and painting

i see hw is the flooring first but may lay over another tiles for the bathroom cause the contract says within i thk 3 or 5 yrs (cannot remember liao) cannot hack tiles. hope to remain it if not it cost more to do hacking & laying tiles unless i strike lottery or gt more budget by then.

ger - ceramics is still not so bad... but their workmanship for homo damn lousy... I regret not hacking my homo tiles......
And someplp complain that tiles popping out.... very bad... But not my batch of flats...

ger - personally I like homo tiles... but u muz get contracters who can lay homo tiles coz workmanship for homo is very impt..... very classy but diff to maintain lor....
u like parquet/laminate? if yr unit facing sun then advise u not to lay coz can be very hot coz wood absorb heat....
for toilet u got to re-lay coz can't hack.....

cos my flat comes with fire doors... but i opted out cos i dun like the design/colour of the doors that HDB arranged. There are altogether 6 doors i think...have to replace with the same material for the doors.

Its quite difficult to find pple who rear chinchilla! Some pple dun even know what is it.

This is my second Chinchilla, bought the first one who was a male, think it was too curious, ran too much in his new hse and then next day after we bought it, it was dead!! My sister went to the pet shop and they were kind enough to replace us another new one, which is the current one, female. Ever since she was sick, she hardly wants to bath (which was her fav activity) nor eating her fav food like raisins or almond nut. It did not occur to me that whether will she die of heat of not. We on the fan 24 hrs for her too. But since she now no energy, can't jump around or climb the cage.

Hope the daughter will be very healthy. A warning from my vet that once they have teeth problem then very difficult to heal.

so how's the bs hunting @ silverlining for all of u? me been there the next day with my hb, both of us found jit very friendly and not pushy on his pkage and most impt, his gowns are simply very stunning (we haven been to divine yet so can't make comparsion). hb took hat off with his designs and work...hardly find him praising any1 like that

but guess won't be signing him cos after some calculation, think it's somewhere exceeding our initial budget..so sad~
