Actually, I have plans drawns up for the "before dinner solemnization" and "during dinner solemnization"...
For the "during dinner solemnization", I listed down the timing for every single event (eg: march-in, first dish to be served). I am also scare that people won't be on time... So, I am thinking of starting the dinner at 8pm. Of course, I will indicate this on the invitation cards and also verbally remind the people about it.
If I am doing it before the dinner, it will be like what sharlene had mentioned above... starts at 6pm... ends around 630pm... then the guests will mingle around for the cocktail session.
Of course, if I do it during the dinner... it will be ZERO COST! haha... It can be ZERO COST also if I do it before the dinner... but it won't be that nice..
I have a question now... if I do it during the dinner, then the hotel peopl need to go up stage to remove the table once I am done with the solemnization? Will it be like very "big movement" kind of thing?
