ladies, i am really glad to know all of you in this thread to share our wedding preparations! looking forward to end 7th month to start the rest of my preparation!! i got the cards from Victor on the removal of sharkfins from the dinner hehehe.

berry, i asked my friend who went to Europe F&E... she say Jan is very very cold leh.... and she suggest to go F&E if possible cos hor, the train system there is quite good and can venture more around...... the other time, she went to germany, holland, london and che.... something republic (how u spell that?) she went with another gal on their own.... she gungho man.
 
europe is damn freezing cold in dec/jan.. only start mar/apr then will start to break ice..

i oso hope to go europe for HM.. saving saving..

i dun think that ez to F&E... as some countries they speak their own language like german, french, spanish...etc
reminds me to watch LOST tonight...hehe
i will want to follow tour so i can catch all the nice scenery places..hehe
easier for us...save us hassle too... wanna enjoy my HM...

hmm..... think i will wait till March / April too cos she says the temp is good for walking around.... and not too cold so don't need to bring so much clothing....

caitlyn, my friend says its slightly more exp than tour but that's cos u spend more time looking at things and buying things... but she did go for local tours there cos certain places need to go with tours. she spent about 7k for 16D and i think they went on budget hotels.
 
berry - tt's how i feel abt taking tour also.. only drawback wld be tt we dun get to spend too much time at a place and may sometimes be rushed..

daphne - at least u can wait till mar/april.. i can't.. so no choice go during winter.. but actually my greatest fear is not weather but airplane.. i get very very bad earache.. ache until cry tt kind and can't sleep on planes.. will feel a bit woozy.. so most likely will suffer big time on plane.. just hope wun take too long to recover.. hee

er i dont encourage F&E in winter, esp if honeymoon. cos, if we got lost there due to langauge or whatever problem, we will feel so alone and then the weather not corporating, very qi1 liang2 hehehe

ok la...great experience... ya cannot stay at one place too long... but tour is like that...but at least they bring u to the cannot-missed out places... scali F&E lost there... waste time finding too...especially when we went there 4 the 1st time...

hehehe..we went shopping ytd, wanted to buy present for my fren BB b'day ended up buy Monopoly and play till late ytd..kekekekeke... hey, I went to dig my bills, the refund came to my credit card bill in July, I didn't know cos' all credit card bill by Giro so I dun read my bill promptly. hehehe..hb paid and the refund comes to me, heh heh heh, can go buy smtg else. Btw, what is the refund % in France? is it 12%? I like received more in one bill and less in another, so blur liaoz. Tell u har, I very timid, dun like to travel..kekekekekekeke

Obstacles 1 - sing 1 love song aloud at the void deck, make sure jie mei can hear
2 - cannot take lift, jump up the stairs with 1 leg with all the xiong di!!
3 - zhi you fa hui, do 1 performance with all the xiong di that can make all the jiemei laugh
4 - drink the sour, sweet, bitter, spicy juice and tell us how it taste...kekekekeke
5 - we gg to prepare the lipshape,hand/foot shape and hair for him to guess which belong to the bride. we gg to come out with a price list starting 588, he suppose to answer the questions. If correct, AP prices goes down to 488, 388, if wrong price goes up to 688,788,888. 6 - After gate crash, at the door, he have to come out with words from the individual character of bride's name. like g = gentle etc to tell us why he love her.
dun tell your hb from me har, later he strangle me!!! whahahahahaha hey, u sim tian your hb or not? my fren really let the jiemei hv our own way..kekekekeke

Oic..thks for sharing with me..thks! actually I was thinking of changing the cocktail timing to 6.30pm or 6.45pm & the dinner to start at 7.30pm sharp, as I will be doing my solemnization aft the 1st march-in so I m worried that the guests be turn up late & I “booked” the soleminzer at 8pm..duno if the time is ok anot..i spoke to the printer last night, they shd be able to give us the cards earliest by tue..i do agree that they took quite awhile to come back to me with the draft, I guess I cant really do much since it’s the appointed printer from the hotel in my package…duno if I can make it in time as my parents & FPIL wants to send them out by 1st week of sept..not sure if they will be in time to write the invites & mail them out…I m keeping my fingers crossed..

Wow..i can see that ur plans is indeed very cool leh..i think u shdnt let ur FH surfed this forum or else he will get to read abt the creative tactics & they might come prepared…heehee…wat we did for my FH’s bro-in-law is to get them to do pole dancing & also go down to the coffeeshop below the flat to get pple to wish them have a blissful marriage & video tape it down..also get them to do yoga posture b4 entering the room…oh, my mum just want roast meat (abt 3 kg or so), just the meat will do, no need the whole pig..my mum say very troublesome if get the whole pig bcoz the portion must be sliced/chopped in proportion if not, no gd..i was like huh? Just a meat got so much difference…but luckily not taking the roast pig..heehee..

err.... can't remember who is using the tummy belt.... janf, is it u? want to ask hor, do we use on the same area for 30 mins or we change change place but total time is 30 mins.... i tried to do 30 mins on tummy area and this morning, i like got internal injury to my tummy... feel some ache like got bruised like that..... dunno if it's normal or i used it too long?

The waxing part.. real tekan for my groom which i would not choose to do so.. Me heartpain leh.. Dun wan hubby to suffer...

Dun say i side hubby so fast la.. but i warn my jie mei to tekan groom in a better ways, No mixture of assorted drinks as hubby has a weak stomach..Dun make groom undress and wear undergarment etc.. hee hee... I cannot afford him to go toilet n LS halfway when we are having our most impt day
