Yup, it really a mad rush for me. Didn’t expect too, I merely wanted only the rom this year, and apply for a flat . We didn’t expect to get it so soon. Chinese wedding is something we wanted next year but next year is not a good year for us. Ended everything clamp together this year.

I have my banquet booked. One thing off the mind. But the rest is a big headache. Renovation and the grown, worried about hidden cost which ppl have been telling me. So really hoping someone can offer me some advice.
