Actually I also tot ROM no need to wear so good but my hubby insist that I must look for a make-up artist to do my hairdo and make-up cos he think if I make up myself ah sure not nice 1 so since he paying so I dun mind loh. Then he also so vain that go and buy the suit himself after buy liao then tell me then I bo bian must go and get a dress mah or I wear so cascual then he wear suit so weird. We somemore quarrel over his suit cos is so expensive me heart pain.

ava... not kidding this time leh. we really are quite informal cos my hubby will be in short sleeves, and khaki pants (w/o tie) and i will be in a short dress. but instead of pastel colours (which is the hot fav for ROMs), we are gonna be ang gong gong!!! hahahaha... i think all our frens and the ppl @ ROM are gonna be so shocked to see us.
i also dun have a bouquet, oni 9 sunflowers loosely tied. none of our frens can believe we are actually gonna dress like that, but hey... its MY day!!!

I think most of the women in SB forum have had their ROM before their customary ... primarily coz of HDB requirement for collecting the keys to their apartment. I wasn't spared of this ruling either.

called my bridal shop up today and was advised to drop by only after chinese new year. Guess they have more new stocks after CNY. And they scared brides grow fat during CNY and the gowns tried before CNY won't fit.. ekkeke...

Hi Vin: Yr FH really knows how to win yr heart but I'm surprised that u can wait 3 hrs for him during yr 1st date! He's so sweet & romantic. The food @ Sheraton Towers is good so u neeed not worry. Just attended a wedding dinner on Mon & a lot of pple commented that food was very gd. However, the sound system & projector is not very gd...make sure u test it before the wedding dinner.

Talking abt Langkawi, we actually went to there last year for our ROM "celebration". It is an ideal place to rest & relax and to get away from the city life hassle. We stayed in Berjaya resort and I must say that we enjoyed our stay there. The resort is actually built on a hill top surrounded by forest and the guests will be in touch with nature all the time. If u like the sea, u can stay in the chalets built on stilts along the coast...I think they have a bridal suite there for newly wed couples...imagine watching sunrise/sunset in the comfort of your own room & getting to hear the melodious sea wave while you sleep....so romantic & relaxing right ? Too bad we didn't get to experience this as we stayed in the "forest environment"...

I was so confused with all the dates that I thot it be clearer to list all out. Hope I din get any dates wrong. So far, there's only me on the 26th. Most of the dates given to me to choose got no saturdays.

No leh I never wear white for my ROM, I wear a lilac colour dress which you can see from my photo. And all my friend which I remember didn't wear white leh (which I could remember). But I think black is not so nice if wearing for ROM (my personally opinion) Hope this help.

clyne and bombom... dun be fooled by my tanned and sporty appearance... it's all a facade... i HATE sports!!! i get tanned 'coz i like to bake in the sun... just lying on the beach... but i like some water sports... like sailing, body-boarding... my FH likes to surf but he can't seem to get tanned... *SIGH*

clyne and bombom... dun be fooled by my tanned and sporty appearance... it's all a facade... i HATE sports!!! i get tanned 'coz i like to bake in the sun... just lying on the beach... but i like some water sports... like sailing, body-boarding... my FH likes to surf but he can't seem to get tanned... *SIGH*
oh and bombom, which part of australia u going?? i just came back from sydney & gold coast... can share some info with u if u interested... been to melbourne last year so can help too
