Wedding florist Liz Florals predicts a surge in hanging installations for 2025 wedding floral styling. “Hanging installations create an airy feel with the idea of clouds of flowers floating above our heads,” explains Liz from Liz Florals. “It is also highly visible in group photos which is what many couples like! We would be happy to work with autumn floral clouds, sunset floral clouds, and even sunrise floral clouds!”

2. Immersive Eden

This wedding styling trend is all about creating an immersive experience for wedding guests and transporting them to an ethereal eden or magical forest with lush florals and foliage that look like they’ve sprouted from the ground and walls. Heighten the experience with scents and sounds, and even mimic water and mists with mirrors or dry ice. At The SingaporeBrides Wedding Fair this year, Brendan, founder and lead stylist at Fellow Folks, dreamed of taking couples on a journey through an enchanting forest where they meander through lush and overgrown foliage.

3. Expressive and Organic Art

“Floral designs at weddings are increasingly evolving into works of art, moving away from traditional, symmetrical arrangements,” shares wedding stylist Lily & Co.. “Instead, couples are choosing expressive, free-form bouquets and installations that feel organic and imaginative.” Think sculpted florals, unusual elements, and flowing grasses.

4. Rainbow-Bright Colours

In 2024, we featured so many of your rainbow-bright weddings, and we predict this trend staying for the new year. Serli from Eufloria agrees, “Couples have been coming to us with their vibrant and bold floral mood boards that give dopamine vibes. This burst of colours has been an increasingly hot theme over the past year and we see that it will continue into 2025.”

If you thought drapery was an old-fashioned wedding styling element, you would be right. With the popularity of Bridgerton romances, drapery is making a comeback. “Drapery is a dramatic decor element that can be styled to add depth, texture, and visual interest, transforming any venue into an ethereal and luxurious space,” says Lily & Co. Drapery can mask venue aspects that don’t vibe with your theme, add a touch of luxury, or bring a sense of soft intimacy to a space.

6. K-Style Bridal Bouquets

With K-drama romances ever an inspiration, it’s no surprise to see brides embracing K-style bridal bouquets. “We are seeing a lot of requests K-style bridal bouquets and blue themes this year,” says wedding florist Hwee Ling of Wild Matters. “The K-style bridal bouquet trend is likely to continue in 2025 as we see more and more brides pairing K-style bridal bouquet with satin gowns.” Cue classic elegance.

The experts at 5 Stones Florist expect to see warm, autumnal hues creating a cosy vibe in 2025 weddings. “Looking ahead to 2025, we anticipate a resurgence of the rustic wedding theme, featuring a warm and inviting colour palette of red, orange, and blush pink,” they share. “This timeless style continues to charm couples, offering a perfect blend of natural elegance and vibrant romance. The earthy tones of red and orange add depth and warmth, while blush pink softens the look with a touch of delicate sophistication.”
