Influencers Simonboy and Simongirl’s Elegant and Blissful Wedding at Concorde Hotel Singapore

Chloe and Simon celebrated their union at Concorde Hotel Singapore where their wide circle of family and friends joined them in rejoicing and celebrating their newly-wedded status.

Earlier in June, we featured local content creator Simon Khung, better known as Simonboy, and Chloe Eong’s, also known as Simongirl, beautiful pre-wedding shoot where their love for one another clearly showed in every shot they took at some of Singapore’s most iconic locations. A month later, the lovebirds tied the knot in a grand but down-to-earth wedding celebration where they sealed the deal and rejoiced with their family and friends. Sneak a peek at their wedding day and learn about their wedding preparations here.

Congratulations on your wedding! Do share with us where your wedding venue was, and why you chose it.

Simon and Chloe: Thanks! We chose Concorde Hotel Singapore as our wedding venue because we wanted a centrally located ballroom that was spacious and had no pillars. Wedding theme wise, we had no set wedding theme in mind for our celebration.

Take us back to your wedding day. What was the day like and how were you feeling?

Both: Our morning began with the traditional wedding followed by our wedding banquet in the evening. The day was a mix of excitement and nerves! So many of our family and friends were there to celebrate with us, but we were so busy the entire time that we didn’t get a chance to talk to everyone individually.

What did your family/friends have to say about your wedding day?

Both: Many of our friends remarked on the large number of guests at our wedding, calling it more of a social event. We were simply glad to see everyone enjoying themselves and reconnecting with friends.

Share with us the most memorable moment of your wedding?

Both: One standout moment was right before we walked down the aisle. Everything felt surreal! It was a beautiful blend of anticipation and emotions, making it unforgettable.

What is one lesson you’ve learned from your wedding planning that you’d like to share with other couples?

Both: Just enjoy the wedding planning process and take it easy. On your big day, let others handle everything. Even if something goes wrong, focus on enjoying the moment and don’t let any frustration take away the joy from your special day.
