A Dreamy Sunset-to-Dusk Styled Shoot at 1-Altitude Coast
We travelled to the sunny island of Sentosa to style one of Singapore’s latest alfresco beachfront venues, 1-Altitude Coast.
On our first visit to 1-Altitude Coast, we were charmed by its versatility to transform from a warm, masculine dining setting to a vibrant and laid-back cocktail or solemnisation ceremony (and even, perhaps, an after-party!) So, when we were invited to style the place up, we were eager to bring all the possibilities of transforming the space for a unique wedding celebration to life with the help of a talented group of wedding vendors from Eufloria, Mylin Design Co., Yume Pâtisserie and Withminn Photography.
Situated on the top floor of The Outpost Hotel in Sentosa, 1-Altitude Coast is the latest player in the arena of beachfront venues with a view. Not only does the venue boast a spectacular view of the sea, 1-Altitude Coast also offers the best of both worlds – the comfort of an indoor space with the open, relaxed vibe of the outdoors under one roof.
To complement the clean, contemporary decorative elements of both the indoor dining area and outdoor pool deck, Ser Li from Eufloria came up with a colour palette filled with the warm, romantic hues of a sunset for an elevated, elegant look that radiates romance while complementing the two contrasting spaces.
Ser Li utilised clear, acrylic stands, sweet pastel shades that resembles the light dusk colours at the beginning of a sunset, and airy floral arrangements as a contrast to the masculine, dark wooden panelled walls and unique arch in the ceiling to add a touch of whimsy in the indoor restaurant space.
The same clear, acrylic stands were used in conjunction with tiered floral arrangements to give an illusion of a floating floral solemnisation backdrop to complement the restaurant’s unique solemnisation experience – walking down a clear, see-through floating platform above the pool towards a brilliant sunset and of course, the love of your life.
During our first visit, the bar on the pool deck caught our eyes and we wanted to transform that cosy area into a space for cocktail and pre-dinner drinks and treats (or even, an after party area!). So, Ser Li kept things simple and classic, and spruced the bar counter up with some signature drinks from the bar, simple decorative elements and modern signages with clean, contemporary shapes designed by Mylin Design Co.
To complement the modern elegant and romantic look of the set, Mylin from Mylin Design Co. designed a beautiful set of wedding stationery in the same soft, sweet hues of a sunset with gold foil letters for a touch of elegance. Instead of the usual place cards, Mylin created tiny acrylic place cards with rounded corners to create a sense of etherealness.
To complete Ser Li’s vision, Amber from Yume Pâtisserie designed an array of edible bakes in earthy tones to complement the warmer hues of the restaurant and a gorgeous 4-tier, all white cake with elegant, handpainted flowers in coral shades and a see-through tier. Clear, acrylic dessert stands were also used to display the yummy bakes at the dessert table to lend a sense of lightness and elegance in line with the vision that Ser Li had for the restaurant.
A big thank you to all our talented team of wedding vendors!

It was a dream come true to work with you all and we had lots of fun – we hope you did too! Last but not least, thank you 1-Altitude Coast for inviting and providing us with such a beautiful and versatile space to work with!
