The creative team who styled the casual pre-wedding photography session hope to inspire couples to think of engagement shoots as a date. “Shoots are meant to be enjoyed,” they tell us. “We hope to present some beautiful inspiration for other couples to create their own special date!”

In this shoot, real couple Yuan Yin and Sebastian celebrate their love for intimate getaways with a cuddle in a relaxing hammock lined with flowers. On the unspoiled and pristine Changi Beach, where the ebbing tide slowly unveiled smooth stretches of sand, they go for a stroll hand in hand, reliving moments together and creating new memories as they imagine where their new chapter will take them.

Conceptualised by photography team Knotties Frame, the shoot features a cosy hammock that captures a laid-back and relaxing feel. “The colour palette was a soft and refreshing mix of white and green, with a hint of peach,” shares Florals Actually, who adorned the hammock with romantic flowers. “We wanted to evoke an organic and rustic feel amid the carefree beach surroundings.” A lush bridal bouquet and floral crown accessorised Yuan Yin’s look, along with natural hair and makeup by Prisy Makeup that simply enhanced her features.
