Intimate White and Green Sentosa Cove Wedding Styled Shoot
This Sentosa Cove wedding styled shoot shows you how to host a pretty, intimate garden wedding blooming with whites and greens.
Inspired by the intimacy of a garden wedding, the creative people at Cotton and Sage and IMEHLY dreamed up a romantic wedding ceremony at sunset, on a quiet lawn at the far end of Tanjong Beach Club, in Sentosa Cove. Using a classic colour palette of whites and greens, E’an of Cotton and Sage crafted an dramatic floral arch with organic arrangements against a backdrop of hala trees. “I used a variety of foliage and flowers to create different textures for visual interest,” says E’an. “The flowers used for the bridal bouquet focused on romantic and soft blooms, such as white peonies, astilbes, and jasmine.”
Allison of IMEHLY styled the scene to tell the story of an intimate celebration with a couple’s nearest and dearest, with romantic touches and a lovely lemon meringue wedding cake by Teaspoon of Love. “The beach was just next to the lawn, and we had styled our cake-cutting set by picturing guests kicking off their shoes and heading to the beach to dance, make merry, and enjoy the view of the sunset, with a glass of champagne in hand,” E’an shares.
The bride wore a bohemian wedding gown perfect for a spring wedding from The Prelude Bridal, with hair and makeup by Style Union. Capturing the whole set was photographer Fusheng from Embrace Pictures. “We hope this styled shoot will provide inspiration to couples who are toying with the idea of having an intimate wedding celebration, and show them how they can still keep things cosy and tastefully done,” says E’an to brides and grooms planning their weddings.
