Actually i don't know whether it's a good idea to view the pixs on the laptop .. intially i prefer them to print out in 4R for me to view. haiz! i hope the results are good. I am so worried my makeup will be plain and pale. sigh! I don't know if i should take sandy for my AD MUA.. though she is friendly and we can chat and most impt i really like the hairstyle she done for me. but she doesn't focus on my HTB during our photoshoot (eg. only style one time hair for him and no touch up after that) and not initative enough to help my HTB on tying the tie and she doesn't touch up my makeup thru'out the indoor photoshoot. i will wait and see how my makeup turns up on screen tmlo.

jus choose my hand bouquet lask wk.. nt too bad, quite gd range of design to choose from.
in the end got a hard time to choose between 2 design =)

and the car decor really not MUCH CHOICE.. haha
don pin too much hope from tat.

izzit becos sandy is busy tat day?
cos tat time she do for me... i like the makeup and hair alot.. and she did touch out 2 times for me during the indoor photoshoot. As for hubby, she didn do touch up..

for hubby ok de... after u choose the photo they will do touch up... the face smooth and nice like wat... haha.. hubby wrinkles and pimple all no more.. haha

OMG... everything so perfect and nice, then the car deco kana sai like that...so spoiler...

for flower design, there are a few range, how about the type of flower?? rose are so common...

My last year ROM bouquet was abt the same as your AD bouquet... I did find research myself and show them some pics that I like, and they do a new design for me..turn out quite nice actually...

well, car decor onli 2.. haha.. either A or B. i think kinda easy to choose, so obvious which one is nicer.. hahaa

my friends and relatives were giving good comments. Anyway, I couldn't find suitable ROM dress (due to being a plus size??) and Yvonne MTM one for me. Nice ya? hehe.

Reli grad that YC has improving more and more... last time heard alot bad feedback...and reli feel happy after I saw all this positive feedback recently...
 
Hey all,
Had my PS done yester. It was fun and for now, im just so excited to view the photos! =)

I was informed that photo selection will be 2 weeks after the PS. So how long have you girls waited for the photo selection?
 
I think generally the service i experienced so far is pretty acceptable and hope they continue to maintain/improve on that. Tho i still find the variety of gowns limited, even those blazer for guys are limited too.
 
I viewed my photos on thursday, results was ok, it is not as bad as what i imagine. haha! I do agree that YV gown and blazer is limited. And their YC service is getting better and better. I am really glad and satisfied to have Joanne as my coordinator. She's a friendly babe.
 
i guess most BS's gowns are limited. cos my frds faced such prob with their BS too. im not sure if we tell them specifically wat we want, will it help. cos they might have (more) gowns in their stores. then again, it depends on luck and how helpful is the coordinator.
 
Yes i think we would probably have to voice out our concern and hope that the coordinator can assist w our needs. But if resources are limited, at times its difficult.
 
but in tt case, if most of the brides MTM their gowns.. and the gowns is keep by the BS... by right, BS should have alot of gowns for selection le ma!!!
 
Typically MTM does not means to keep. If can keep will costs more.

As far as I know, YC MTM gowns are not meant to be kept by the bride. Coz I'm wearing somebody's MTM's EG after her wedding....

Yup... my understand is like this. the BS will do a brand new MTM gown according to your figure and ur design after u all discuss... then u will be the 1st bride to wear this gown, after ur AD, the gown will have to return to the BS as a OTR gown...

Anyone can correct me if wrong!! haha

did consider to change another hairdo for EG, check out wif my MUA too but haven confirm wif her yet.. still thinking.. hahaa... left 18days nia... =@
 
actually the good thing abt MTM is you can wear new gown (esp if u are pan dang) and the design u like. but.. bad thing is the actual thing might look diff and thus disappoint u. then again, it depend on heng suay..

my frds managed to have their MTM gowns back and they find it troublesome to keep it. so they advise me not to MTM. haha.. maybe theirs are diff package since it's diff BS.

now that ours dun need to keep, i think MTM will be good.
 
for me... my EG and WG is both MTM... my hubby suggested tat cos he wanted me to have my veri "own" wedding gown.

As for the MTM stuff, it really heng suay one.. starting i also scare like shit... cos the drawing loook not so nice.. when i c the real gown, it 100% nicer than the drawing..

actually so far, my experience wif YC is veri good, be it my MTM gown, my coordinator, my PG , MUA, everything is near perfect. I m lucky to meet all the good stuff...

but there is one thing tat spoilt my thoughts about the BS... that spoilt my gd experience wif them... don wish to say it now. After my AD which is another 18days, i will share tat fcuking dulanz stuff wif u gals again.. this fcuking thing really turn my non fussy and good temper hubby face black...

As i don wan any more bad stuff coming in, scare they might "revenge" on my actual day, ask MUA to anyhow draw my face, do pattern on my gown... etc etc... maybe i think too much but i think it better to prevent it because ACTUAL DAY is much more important to us.

anyway, i would like my WG to be MTM, im fine for EG cos i will be wearing WG for the whole day and most picts will be in WG. but let's see how ba..

I saw ur ROM pic le... nice nice... so it means the ROM dress u wear is the MTM dress YC do for u?? haha!!

Btw, u said the PG is Alex... izzit YC's tt Alex or someone else??

Yup yup. Yvonne was very nice to MTM for me. Heard that she was ill and hospitalised and still had to do the ribbon and touch up on the gown for me when back from hospital.

Definitely good memories for me and hubby!

Btw u all got engage MUA for mum & sis for AD?
Anyone having AD in Dec 09?

Yup.. I engaged one MUA (outside from my Multiply list) for my mum, MIL, jiemeis for e dinner event...

Think u can choose the gowns sets based on the contract u signed with YC... the contract will usually indicated how many gowns YC allow u to choose...

By the way, Ferlis,

When u discussing the contract with YC coordinator...Did they mention how many gowns u will be wearing for the PS? i remember, they have a min gowns designs like 4-5 and it is stated in the contract.. but then u might need to nego with them for 1-2 more designs... u did??
 
ohhh... i didn't leh cos blur blur de... hhumm suddenly rem abt it... i reali mountain turtle cos har only recenly i koe SG forum exist ... (hhuummmm dun laugh at me k... hee hee)
 
i had my rom last week at british club. Fynix from YC did the make-up for me. Pretty.. =)
And same as Christine, I've used Alex from Sundayz.. Avent got my pix but he's a nice guy and very responsible, compared to the videographer I have also arranged.
I've also done my photoshoot on Monday with Chris. He's a nice young chap and we sure get along well with him. Now waiting for all the photos and video to be ready.. =)
