Would u marry a 50 year old?

If it's for the money, marry 60 or 70 yr old man better. Haha. If it's for love, if very yandao and charming like george clooney etc still can. Okie all tt was in jest, but if its true love, can go ahead, but definitely have to consider other factors like hw ur parents and relatives will feel as the man could be close to ur dad's age and hw u as a young woman may haf to tk care of him in the event of illness. Tt said, doesn't mean large age gap cant be worked out n be happy rite?

Some 50-yr old guys can still be handsome, suave, attractive, charming, etc.

But when chocolates is 32, her hb will be 60. Maybe still charming.

When she is 43, hb will be 70. Erh.... Unless he is Paul Newman type.

this discussion is interesting.. could be a 3-minute type of infatuation?? i'm 23 and my dad is 48. i laugh out loud at the thought of a 50-yr-old man calling my dad (whose 2 yrs younger) "papa". it is just a bit wrong, isn't it? that aside, i have met some charming and handsome men in their late-40's and early-50's. and their mindsets are pretty much already "set" because they've probably seen enough and experienced enough. at 50, they'll probably treat their 22-yr-old girlfriend/wife like a daughter.

There is also the issue of sexual compatibility between young wives and mature men. Women peaked in their 30s and 40s while the men would have already passed their peaks during the period of 16 to 20s. Men at 60s and 70s, erh... would have much problems and even though if they are really really healthy and fit, they still cannot "catch up" with their young wives.

Age is not a problem. But for my age if i need a partner, i will not go for woman who are in her early 20s or lesser. But for short term, who cares. So sometimes i wonder is it love or because of $. Anyway love and $ should be put 2gather right. Hmmm love $, these 2 words are 2gather, hehehe

kenny,

First you say age is not a problem.. And in the next sentence you contradicted yourself saying you will not go for woman in their early 20s?

What are you trying to say?

then in the next few sentences you talk about money and love.. not relevant to the question asked..

So in the end, I don't know what you are driving at?

That's Kenny for you...always confusing...always conflicting...

Wonder why he even bother to post...serves no purpose...and most of the time, you don't get what the fcuk he's trying to say...

Who Killed Kenny???

i finally got the answer... with logic like that, who wouldn't wanna kill Kenny...

in fact kenny is the killer... he make everyone around him wanna "Long Piah" (bang head against wall) keke.

But like the Kenny in South Park, most likely we'll see him resurrected again soon and waiting to be flamed to death with his latest comments...

Kenny. Death. These 2 words are 2gether as well.
Hee hee...

PS : I can't believe I just said Hee hee...geez..

No lah...so obvious you never watch South Park!

Whenever Kenny got killed...

One of his fren will say "Oh my god, you killed Kenny (Kilkenny)!"

Then another of his fren will say "You bastard!"

Get it? Get it?

You just don't know how to appreciate the finer details in high class jokes! Even when it hits you in the face...

Buzz off, you humourless bugger...

my HTB doesn't know Southpark. wahaha! i didn't know that... hmm.. anyway, i thought we were talking about 50-yr-old men with 22-yr-old girls??

28 year old gap for me is a real problem. Not due to anything but the lifespan of the marriage. At best 25 years?

And how about kids, but nevertheless, Love is blind, and often worthwhile.

powderful,

oops! i said "girls". come to think of it, 22-yrs-old is barely a "woman", yah? guess it depends very much on the responsibilities upon a person. i've a friend who is 18 and takes on the responsibilities of looking after the family, the younger siblings etc. don't feel that she's any ordinary teenager because she "mothers" the family members at home. then, there's another who's 25 and parties the nights away, doesn't work and asks for money from her well-to-do daddy. i would think in this case the 18-yr-old is more of a woman - a mature adult.

lnix,

25 years already very good.. at the rate in which divorce are going.. 25 years is very long liao..

Anyway age in itself is not a problem.. but more the couples willingness and the ability to stand up to what they believe in..

he's old enough to be dad, well but i did have a sec sch frien married to a 40+ yr old guy which i think can be my father liao n recently i heard she juz given birth. i cant accept a guy tat is so much older then me.

sm (simpleman)

You're absolutely right, but why get married if you're thinking about divorce from day 1? Marriage should be sacrosanct no?
