What happens during rom solemnisation

hi, wish to consult you guys on what happens during solemnisation if done at rom itself.
do we have to prepare our vows? or do we have to repeat the vows after the jp?
my bro's one was just 'i do, i will etc' and no need to say vows. wondering if all are the same.
please advise!

It really depends on you and your HTB. Some go all the way with their own vows, some have things that they will tell each other, in addition to the vows, some just follow the JP.

thx for your reply! oh u mean we have a choice? we can tell the jp what kind we want?
i just want the 'i do, i will, etc' kind leh.

Yes, you should check with the JP. Some JPs may have preference, but most should have a script that they follow.
