fugu sashimi tastes abit rubbery but cute thing is dip ponzu sauce n not soya sauce + wasabi
cooked fugu tastes like mackerel fish w/o the strong fishy smell
the fugu skin is like eating rubber bands *hahaha*

many kinds of soups can be made, impt is the soup stock

chicken wif dried oysters will gif a nice punchy base already, u can add those veggies which can tahan boiling like carrots, melon, etc

boil some of the dried scallops first. then u can also use the scallop stock to stir-fry veggies -- gives a sweeter taste instead of juz adding water to the veggies.
*heehee* chinese spinach is what ppl call "bo cai" me oso dunno what is it until went to ntuc to do homework =P the stems r softer than the normal spinach; quite "lembek" when cooked.
