According to ROM, Solemnisers are volunteer who sacrifices their time to officiate your wedding. There is no standard for AngPow. Any amount of $50 or more as recommended by ROM are reasonable to reimburse their transportation, parking, etc, depending on your budget.
Should any solemnisers demand for certain fixed amount (which they are not allowed), you may verify with ROM.

For my ROM, I also gave $50. Think most of them are quite well to do anyway.
