Ya, i havent sign, yesterday call to lawyer firm, they said documents still not ready. Need to wait lor. But HDB said must sign within 4 weeks from the letter HDB CC to us, deadline b4 08/05/09. Seems their working attitude not efficient. I need to paid legal fees $2500 for it. HDB loan no need right?

Me n my FH am quite lucky becoz we got a good Q no so manage to choose high level.

As i only started working, we manage to get 20K from the grant =)

How abt u ?

I m unlucky, this is my time no.6 i apply. 2 balloting , 2 bto,1 segar meadow given up due to low level 2 n 3 level. Actually want to give up this time also cos we cannot get the HDB loan. After think twice, so hard to get the chance. Then must take this time. My target is blk 633B or C,level 18 and above. I ve a chance to select that morning.But too bad, afternoon go left 633A and D have high level. I still waiting the law firm fix the appt with me. Still wonder want to call them up or not cos deadline going to due. Is this your first time apply?

You already 6 time champion le ~~ I roughly know why no HDB loan so the next also very hard to apply, might as well hang on this unit and who knows next time new law say your eligible again ... rite??

That day i went a few round Senja Grand ... wah seh ... very homely and "grand" feeling neh ... where got lose to punggol 21/condo style ya~~

1) All Auntie's hubby not at the opposite Kopitiam watching soccer in the middle of the nite please dun come my unit to look for him hor~~

2) And if any Auntie happen to find her hubby in my house please go home then "explode" if not i advice that particular Auntie make Egg-proof main door~~

3) After world war at my house muz help clear up casualties and victims~~

4) If there is a fight broke out between any of our legitimate son or daughter, we cannot and muz not help either side and let them fight it out.

5) If any of our legitimate son or daughter engaged in loveness, fondness or in short ÅÄÍÏ please help to prevent and advoid before rice is cooked lor hor~~ But if they showed that they'll die without each other and already after 18 yrs of age (like we've been through) then we cannot and muz not help either side and juz let them die lah~~

6) If come to my unit, preferable those family members whose occupant in your unit lah. Please dun bring distant relatives especially if he or she is unusual big eater muz also be reminded to refrain from my unit~~

7) My unit membership is basically lifetime with guaranttee fun lah. Every occasionally you'll need to bring at least something before you come in through the gate. If that something does not meet my standard, the bouncer will not let you in~~

8) After you neighbours join my membership, please do not beg me to let your mistress or "×ßÎ÷" hide in my unitc oz that would not be nice for me to lie even if you bride me lah~~

9) For those who want to borrow anything in my house, please remember to sign out my IOU booklet lor. Failure to do so will imposed heavy fine which can be settled in private (flexible mah)

10) Last but not least, to maintain good relationship, when i need help, all kakis muz help me at all cost and no conditions. And have to cover incidents like i kena loanshark, chased out by my wife etc. If the Kaki/s do not confirm, commit and comply to the above criterior. Me and wife each reserve half the rights to ban membership~~

Oh ya~~ Juz for info, my mum told me she passed by our land yesterday and saw cutting down of forest near the bus stop facing the railway.

Well.. i saw some pipes there today. My FH say they are the water pipes.. at least they shifted some stuff onto that plot of land...

Juz now had dinner at BPP and passed by our land.
From the main road side the forest bound by black plastics (maybe cut cost so they use this) to prevent people going into forest (or maybe they want to trap monkeys)
Some part of the cut down area (small part only beside the overhead bridge) are taped up (I think they want to promote agriculture in front of our blocks as a surprise package ... how thoughtful of HDB~~) Then theres the pipes (around 20 inches diameter ones) and around 20 sand bags piled around the junction where they used to put up the property sale board.

As i climb up the hill look inside the forest, you guys know what i saw ... A bunch of fireflies leh ... so beautiful at the sight ... i think at least got around 15 sparkling flies. I dunno why so many gather around (my wife wanted to catch but i told her maybe now mating season for them dun disturb them) Then i think to myself and sadly said to the flies "Enjoy while you can .. coz you will never have the chance to mate here ever by the next few months" BTW ... nothing on the hill and inside forest ... diggers gone~~

Sandy~~ but then hor if you still want to go there you can try the åÙN at the coffeeshop. Yesterday i bought some home and to my surprise its very good~~ Perhaps you can take some pictures on the sports complex ... i saw the construction but too dark to take photos. I think they should revamp the Ten Mile Junction abit coz now really look a bit like JB shopping centre. BTW .. I've timed the walking distance travel between these places to our place (at my pace with my wife) >>

Ten Mile Junction 6 mins
Senja LRT 5 mins
Sports Complex 8 mins
Greenridge SC 10 mins
BPP 11 mins
Bus Interchange 12 mins

We wanted to walk to Segar (Zhenghua CC) and Fajar SC but haven't try to make the trip (maybe next recce we time again) should be around 18-20 minutes walk from our precinct~~

The walking timing to TMJ and BPP are quite decent. I do wish they can build a nice wet market/food center near by...

Got one time in the middle of the nite and in the middle of the forest ar, our PC told us to shut out all our lights then look around for direction from light. He was saying you muz first find the direction with light. So one of our platoon member pointed to a small glowing sparkling and tell PC. PC gave him a knock on the head and reprimanded the whole platoon "that light is from the LJ insect (aka firefly)" Then as we all walk towards the light, KNN~~ its Inchek smoking while offloading his SAI man~~ Wahahaha .. PC still go over to say hi to him and all of us suddenly know our direction liao (move away from the smell man~~)

Today me n HTB went over to the site recce recce abit to check out the neighborhood..so far so gd, basic amenities around like kopitiam, ntuc, clinic, 3 atms.

We head to Senja Grand and went up to the highest level and 24th level to check out the scenery and took some pics (which my unit gg to face in future). Whoa..nice (at least no blockage, hopefully for the next 10 yrs HDB wun build new flats in front of our block)! I really like tat neighborhood cos its so breezy! Even at the ground floor (senja grand's playground) area is so windy and quiet.

I took some pics and will try to upload when i free tonite!

Anybody can advices if i want to change the optional component scheme will it possible?. The second agreement hvt sign by me. When i sign the OTP, i including timber door and flooring. Now i want the timber doors only excluding the flooring.Any admin charges?
