Recommendations for Solemniser on AD

Hi, need some help from you all!

My wedding is in February 2014. I need recommendations for solemnisers who are:

- punctual!

- speaks good English (no need Chinese at all)

- Not long-winded (10 minutes is the best, max 15 mins as I'm having the solemnisation just before the lunch banquet)

- Non-religious (Christian is still OK, but don't want a preachy one that has a lot of religious-based opinions to talk about)

I will be having my solemnisation on my AD itself, just before my lunch banquet. Hence, PUNCTUALITY and NOT LONG-WINDED are my top two priorities.

I would like a solemniser that does the solemnisation without trying to amuse the audience by cracking jokes or being funny. I want the whole solemnisation to be simple and dignified, that's all.

I've been recommended Mr Alex Tan Yan Boon and will be meeting up with him soon. Hard that he an speak both English and Mandarin and is also not the long winded type. Non religious also.
