I find her helpful and friendly. You should be fine with her around to help you.

Hi,just to share w you the package for 2008

Pacific Ballroom- around $700 to $900++ min 35 weekday/ min 45 weekend

Oceanroom- around $700 to $800 ++ min 25 weekday/ min 30 weekend
* 10% + 7% taxs

It's best to email the consultants for one as they may have latest packages up for you, eg the list of 'wishes'.

One thing to note that, an initial deposit of $3k has to pay upfront after you sign the contract. Subsequently, need to pay up 50% of the bill (around $14.6k) 1 month before your actual date. In case this is an issue to some couples..

I did not really like the service rendered by Pan Pacific after attending my friend's wedding last December. The ballroom is average, food is normal and service is average.

i think scavenger's experience is an isolate case. there are generally very good reviews on pan pac's food and service. most of my guests commented that the food and service was good when i held my wedding there early this year.

hi all, i have wanted to sign up with panpac .. however my husband and i found that our co-ordinator is quite nasty to us.. as in she is quite impatient and when we tried to ask her questions she would snapped at us and scolded us like why we dint ask her properly the other time..we only met up with her for 2 times so far..what can we do..? i feel that generally my husband and i are quite mild people and thruout the discussion we are quite nice ..its not rite to vent her frustration on us and not being helpful.. can anyone help? can we change co-ordinator..? if we change wld the new co-ordinator sabo us cos he / she is that person's fren? the nasty salesperson is not the Ms "P" as mentioned in most of the thread..

Hi Pinky piggy,

You can give thomson a call. He is quite helpful and patient. I met him 3 times, called and emailed him a couple of times. He is always prompt in replying my emails.

mimi is right, thomson is a nice & patient man.. I've met up with him once, me & bf liked his service and his flexibility in changing some things for us...
(although we didnt sign up pan pac eventually, but i would recommand Thomson!)
