Outdoor shoot

Just wondering if any of you know where can I go to take outdoor shoot with

1. Airplanes
2. Grand piano

I heard the used to be seletar air base (and runway) is no longer there.
Also, anyone knows if VCH studios or concert theatres has a grand piano?

VCH only allows you to take photos at the common areas and not in the theatre itself.
