Orchard Hotel

Xueling told me that min for ballrm 1+2 is 40 tables, but she can let go at 38 tables.
That's the reason why we did not shortlist Orchard hotel. Another reason is due to happen to have 2 wedding on the same day, i.e both ballrm 1+2 and ballrm 3 having wedding on the exact dates.
 


Thomas - actually is very common to have another wedding on the same day. Other hotel also got this problem too. Just to ensure that guests are properly lead to the correct ballroom. But still depends on the couple whether they are comfortable about that

hehe... you were the one who used a JB BS right? Have u heard of i studio? it's just a few steps away from SG bridal. i took them for my pre wedding mtv... quite good. Price very reasonable and i received alot of great reviews from friends. maybe you can consider.
 
Yup.. they have AD VG package too. mine was not montage. It was a pre wedding mtv where the VG film down the whole wedding photoshoot process for 2 days...

jus a little somethin to note

i jus attended a weddin at OH ballrm 3
whilst ther's another weddin at ballrm 1&2

as the recep at no.3 alot of guests gt confused n some of em even put the angbao into the box be4 they verify its the wrong weddin!!

so pls put a HUGE sign dictatin its UR WEDDIN esp whn ther's 2 weddin simultaneously!!

My date there's another couple at BR 1&2.

Haze mentioned they will have ppl escort the right ppl to e right wedding, but I still think it's still better to get ur helper to help in assisting e guests.
 
hmm... maybe put some wedding photos of you near to the ballroom. hehehe... I think guests should be able to recognise which is the correct one based on the photos.
 
actually not to worry too much abt the confusion of ballrooms..mine was 1&2, ..while there is another wedding in 3 as well...my guests dun have a problem identifying which 1 after OH staff usher them..maybe u can request ur guests to come early..to prevent overcrowding outside ballroom 3...or request to have the signage next to the escalator..

Oh no. I didnt manage to ask XL is there another couple in BR 1 & 2. Oh gosh. Think shd be ok, think our guests will see the photo & go to the right BR de.

I had selected the theme(Dazzling Dreams (pink)) cos it didnt crash with my EG. I likt the Intimate Indulgence (red) but got black color! Elder dont like... no choice.

i managed to get 80% invites too,but only for the guaranteed attendance. hmm... dun know enough or not. Scared not enough..

Avatar - cards shd be enough, just scare that the inserts not enough, unless yours is hot stamps then might not enough le(scare mistakes in writing)

thank you for your compliments! appreciate it much!

we used our music(original CD) for first march in and our dance section. the rest were from OH selection. our montage music was some royalty free music.

good luck for your wedding preps! OH was really an awesome experience. haze and her team was very helpful! will recommend them to anyone i know.
