Ee> for mi i onli get to see the mini pics after selection of pics, that is to confirm that you have choosen those pics. Afterwhich u will have to wait for your layout to be done, u approved then they will do the album but for this part its pretty fast i remembered mine i got it in 1or2 weeks time.
If things reli don't turn out as what you expected u can onli get them to give u better things like gowns and jewellery.

i select my photos in April was told can only get to see the layout maybe in July....and the sample they show me is printed on A4.

BTB, did you get to see the rest of the edited photos that you did not include in the album?

what is the mini pics you refering to? Is it the one after select they print out and you sign on it?

Can share your experience in terms of service etc? How many days are required exactly? Kind of glad to know that they accept CC 0% IPP so i dun have to pay the full amount upfront.

Hi, my coordinator is Rachel. I thought she's pretty nice. I went for my AD gown fitting yesterday and whatever I requested for, she let me tried. I know she could be really busy serving many customers at times.

wow all thumbs up for the HK team - their studio, skills, service etc etc everything!
actually during interview sg coordinator will tell u everything needed le... furthermore when at HK actually wat sg said - eg bring handkerchief, also not needed anymore. y? simply cos the HK team really take gd care of us! they have taken care of every other nitty gritty matters.

duration wise to be exact, it's 0.5day (only took 2hr to choose cos they already pick out style u like based on info provided during interview session in sg) for gown selection & another 1 day for PS only. rest is ur F&E own time le.

not that I wann gif -ve feedback abt e sg team BUT when there's a comparision (jus within their own org) the HK team r e best !!!

oh ya for the CC 0% IPP think it's best to check if they still tie up w whichever bank cos mine is like >6mth back in Oct10 le.

Ee> even the one that you sign on is not edited, is after the selection then they will edit, to be frank they do not edit much on the person they hightlight on the scenery.
So dun expect too much of a diff unless you specially request for it.

Godbird: ya, me too.. Signed under pressure n regret dat i sld have walk off n do my own research.. I sort of kan kai le cos since stuck to them den might as well make d best out of it.. Though of cos I admit I m stil quite skeptical at times.. Hehe...

Ee: me too, I don't feel like spending anymore money in dat shop except for topup of photos which I limit myself to a cap of 50 in total.. Likewise was thnking of getting a elaborate earrings or getting a suitable necklace as part of dowry but dat will mean I hafta leave all dis to quite las min since MDW don't encourage us to choose gowns early...

Going HK ps in July.. Keeping my fingers crossed dat dey can finish with d album.. My coordinator told me dat they wouldn't let couples see d layout first unless dey r v particular or have special requests.. Is dat true?

that is what my coordinator told me...then i check with others in the forum they told me not true....we are entitled to see the layout....doesn't make sense if we dun get to see it....what if turn out we dun like the layout?

But it is true that once u see it u will request to change here or there, of cos in turn it will have to ding dong from sg to hk.
Unless u can do it in 1 shoot to cut down the time. Otherwise not advisable when u have such tight timeline. my 2 cents worth.

it's advisable to see the layout, if not, u will only see it when ur album is ready. what if u dont like it? there is no turning back. so i would advise u all to request for preview of layout, it's ok to change here & there as long as u take ur PS early.

Ee, about 1-2 months, less than 2 months. i took my PS in early Sep, and my layout is ready for preview around mid-Oct.

but i didnt rush my coordinator cos i dont want them to rush their work and printing...then it might turns out not properly done.

noir, check with ur coor the latest status of ur layout!

Starz - I heard from Yu Ling that the rental of AD accessories is around 40 or 60 bucks, depending on the type you want. Have you signed up with MDW?

No worries, i've been to the shop few times and one thing i could assure is the good service and wide range variety of gowns they could offered. Cheerios to all BTB!!

HX if its not MTM then sure u can choose other gowns otherwise those who took the overseas shoot how? hee.... (dun scare me i'm one of them)

Wintumnsky I think it depends on where u r taking ur shoot like for parks u need to bring insect repellent but for beach u have to find those sand fly repellent.

angelicious & HX u sure can rent from them but u gotta take a look at wat they have and its easily $50 and above from wat i last noe.
