We took ours in Botanic garden & sentosa. U can check with them, they have the experience & would be able to make the recommendation.

We took ours in Nanyang JC, Botanic Gardens and Fullerton. The pictures turned out very well... the colors are very nice =)
 
Dear Ladies, can you share with me the package that you have sign up with GI? I love GI's gown bt their package is more expensive than the other bridal shop and from this forum, i understand that they do have some attitude pro.. pls give advise on wat i should do.....

I am a GI bride. And personally, I had a pleasant experience with GI. They were very helpful and service is very good. So far, not once did I experience any attitude problem from them. Instead, everytime I went down for fitting after a stressful day, conversations with them actually brighten up my mood.

I do admit that their price is on the high side. But what is most important is the the gowns are very nice and it is to my liking. As Judy is the in-house designer for Graceful Image, she knows exactly what type of gowns she designed suit what type of body shape. So, u can be assured that the gown that you chose would be very fitting as she would also be around to look and make alterations accordingly. This is one of the personalised service that I like abt GI.

Hope the above advise helps. Follow your heart, if you like the gowns, go for it. =)

oh, agree with what grace has mentioned. don't worry la fishy, the folks at GI are a friendly and approachable bunch i can assure u of that. ;) as for our wedding package...considering what we get and the price we paid for, its value for money.

Hi girls, I know that GI has 2 boutiques...so which boutique did u girls went for your gown selection? TQL or Adelphi has a wider range of gown designs?

ps: try to go during the wkdays as wkends are kinda crowded. alternatively u could arrange an appointment with them.

both boutiques have a variety of gowns to choose from. I think it depends on the type of gowns u prefer.

dun worry, you can choose to go to the other boutique if you are not able to find one that you like in the 1st boutique that u visited.

dun worry, just tell the staff at GI if you feel that you had missed out anything, they would be able to advise you.

just treat them as your frens and feel free to tell them abt your concerns...

How does GI charge for the additional photos?
Is it true that they will charge photo + page?
Can we display more than 1 photo in a page? and is it still counted as 1 pg?
 
hi all,

have not visited here for quite sometime... coz was very busy... had my AD fitting and wedding 2 weeks ago and then went for my honeymoon before coming back for CNY... phew, 2 weeks seems to fly by so quickly and it is time to go back to work again... and back to reality... hahah....

many thanks to graceful image for all your help during our final fitting, the accessories that had been chosen for me suits the gown and the whole image of a princess that i had all along dream of =)...

guests were full of praises for myself and my husband for our beautiful gowns and suits... and thanks to jacqueline for the wonderful makeup that she had done for me... my guests were saying that i look like a princess and my hubby look like a star... hahaha... finally dreams come true...

once again, thanks a lot!! =)
for all the GI brides out there... dun worry, you wun regret signing on with GI. =)

For AD make up, does the MUA come to our hse/ hotel? or do we have to go to their shop? FOrgot to ask about this..

How about the eyelash & ampoules? Did you get them yourself or from them? How much it costs?

thanks!! yap... everything went very well and perfect... hehehe.... and now is the start of a new chapter of my life...

Would try to upload some pics when my photographer had edited the pics... it would tke them abt 1 month to do so...

For AD make up, MUA would go down personally to the bride's place in the morning and then to the hotel during the evening... dun worry, do not have to go down to their shop...

eyelash & ampoules would be provided by MUA but wld have to pay for it... if i can remember correctly, it cost abt $15 for the eyelash, $25 for the ampoule...u may like to furthur confirm with the MUA.

Hi Ice, my photographer is tiansheng... i would say he is rather professional... he is able to make u feel relax and capture your best moments.

signed up with GI recently... cos they do MTM evening gowns and they can design a EG exactly the way i want it... most of the bridal shops i been to hv OTR.. and i'm very fussy so....

anyw i hope everything turns out well. and aft reading +ve comments on GI i fang xin fang xin. cos i signed up immediately and my HB tot i was a bit rush. then again i was really tired gg thru the whole process again and plus most of the bridal shops offer more or less the same stuff...

i'm a sept BTB.. will be rom-ing tis year sept and AD next year sept..
i saw some very nice gowns and good comments about GI.. havent visited the bs yet thou I would soon..
before tat, can anyone share with me the latest packages they offer? the rough price package range and the services/items they offer? such tat i know 'wat to expect' upon my visit at GI?

Hi gals ! just signed with Graceful Image yesterday,not a package only MTM for my gowns,man suit also! i was impressed by their services and enjoy for my fitting even before confirm wit them,i went to others they are quite hard sell.

Hi maymcwong,me too,dunno how to decide,all are pretty,begining i was wondering my evening gown so decided MTM for it,but when i went to fitting they prepared alot of OTR for me, so in the end i chosed OTR for everything,i'm satified too... :-)
 
Hi sussy,before i sign package i was adfair when select gowns cos i heard from friend some places they'r not allow u to try more than 3pcs,but for Graceful they actualy prepared what i like and i wanted for me to try and others cutting that suitable me.
 
Hi, yes I agree their gowns are really pretty.

I actually chose my AD wedding gown in early Feb, but then thought of another kind of design that I wanted too. So I called them 3 weeks later to ask if they have the design I had in mind. Although the co-ordinatior said theoretically I'm not allowed to change my gown after deciding, they still very kindly agreed to help me look for the gowns and allowed me to try them on, with a possibility of changing (or not changing) my confirmed AD gown.

Judy was also there during my 2nd trial and I felt that they were not the least impatient at my 'terrible' request. In fact she made me try on another 1 or 2 more gowns to see if I like the designs. In the end I still stuck to my original decision. Felt quite paiseh but was quite impressed with their service quality. Now I'm really looking forward to seeing my MTM evening gown on the 5th April and also chhosing my outdoor gowns that day!

Would like to ask about their variety of outdoor wedding gowns? How are the designs? Are they like very plain?
 
Hi teracotta,mine outdoor gown's design simple but cutting totally diffrence wit the A/D gowns,i think simple gowns is more suitable for outdoor and softer one.

Hi andrina, I got the bedsheets set from chinatown.. got it from a shop where i purchased my jia zhuang.

How many changes of gowns are you gals having for the AD huh?
 
Hi just to check, is it common for BS to ask you to pay in full by the final fitting? Was reading another thread and some pple think it's not a good idea. Cos some BS have a change in attitude after getting the full payment...

Hi Adrina, my gown is very pretty! A little different from what I expected, truthfully, but the overall effect is still very nice and I like it. Just that I still need to lose more weight haha
 
Hi brides-to-be, my wedding was last year. Just wana share with u all my experience with GI.

Pros:
1) white gowns are really beautiful
2) they are not pushy
3) photos turned out to be nice. Tiansheng is the photographer and he is really good.
4) service is good: Megan is friendly and always remind me of my next appt with them. Judy is also friendly. My MUA is Jacqueline who did a good job in my makeup especially my outdoor shots. She let me choose what kind of makeup and hairstyle I wanted and turned out quite good. They gives u lots of freedom to choose what u want. This is what I like about them.

Cons
1) I find the OTR evening gowns not trendy in terms of designs and colours
2) Limited selection of kua

Overall I will give them a rating of 7.5/10. If their EGs are more trendy, this studio is highly recommendable.
