dear all btb...never go to lisa penny at fareast or jp...they only out to ask u to make the purcahse then do a damn lousy alteration.... pardon me.. but i was so angry when i bought their dress month ago and went alter 2 weeks before rom... dress was altered 2times... and blamed me because i wan to loosen it after first trial... the dress was out of shape... i nearly broke down to tears... they asked me to alter 3rd times and no way i will.. there are sewing holes all over... unbalance top... in the end.. the manager asked me to produce receipt and asked me to go find dress else where since i am not happy.. this is so inresponsible... i swear never go back to shall lousy store...
