What you need to know is your own body metabolism..usually gals lower than guys la.
That why gals easily gain weight compare to guys..
U need to lose 2~3kg aiyaa,small amount lorr..
Your calori intake must be low lar then extra metabolism will burn you fats instead of burn your extra intake calories..
Take less sugar,low fats & less carbo..
Carbo is the main contribution to our body fats..
Once you control,I think you may lose more than 3kg la..
