Is there anyway to find out who the owner of a car belongs to? and how?

Mayb can try LTA but I dun think they will reveal as it's P&C.

u can try onemotoring.com & key in the vehicle no.. u might be able to find out.. i was working in the motor industry b4 & roughly knows how it works..

Not sure if there are any changes coz i left the co more than 2 yrs ago already..

sorry, u can't check unless u have the IC number of the owner..

But u can check whether the car had any unpaid fines or involved in anything unlawful like drug offences, robberies or what-so-ever, with the TRAFFIC POLICE..

Sorry.. its been quite long since i left the motor industry, & i've forgotten how it works..
